The Clean Beauty Box Limited Edition 'Winter Citrus' Box Review

Tucked into our box was a helpful info card with loads of details on our items.

Kalahari Advanced C Brightening Eye Serum, 10 mL - Retail Value $80.00

I am trying to think if I have ever tried a LILFOX product and I don't think I have, even though I have always wanted to! And this little eye serum roller is a great place to start. The rollerball setup makes this so easy to apply and the coolness of the ball itself is soothing to a very sensitive area of skin. Inside this dreamy formula is literally a goldmine of goodness. My fave callouts? Sure. Prickly Pear seed oil (a super pricy and super fatty oil), hyaluronic acid (moisture bomb), and cica (my favorite botanical!). Other wondrous things? Argan oil, rosehip oil, coffee bean extract, squalane, and more! It is scented with rose absolute and sandalwood and smells earthy and very luxe. I have started to notice smile lines around my eyes and I would like to minimize them, though, if they are the tradeoff for a happy life, I am cool with that too. I apply this at night but I also like to keep it next to my laptop during the day for mindless application and extra hydration. I am really liking this serum a lot!

LILFOX Bitter Orange Neroli Toning Mist, 100 mL - Retail Value $45.00

Made from artisan distillers in Tunisia, neroli blossoms are harvested by hand then distilled fresh within hours at low temperatures to produce a sensuous and uplifting tonic.

I know a lot of people don't love toning mists, but they are one of my favorite beauty treats. It is just too easy to mist multiple times a day for an instant hydration boost and glow. This is a 100% neroli hydrosol, though it smells like neroli and some sort of wonderful earth. It is also the sort of toner that you can feel on your face, meaning it feels more hydrating and refreshing than plain water by far. I just bought myself a pair of ice globes for facial massage and pairing those with this toner is a dream, especially after a trip to the gym where I feel gross and hot. The combination of the cool mist, hydration, and the wonderful fragrance is uplifting, to say the least. Oh! And there is a little carnelian stone in each bottle to promote vitality. I love little details like that.

Verdict: The Clean Beauty Box Limited Edition 'Winter Citrus' Box has a total value of $125, which is good for a $72 box and saves you $53. I can confidently say that I really like the LILFOX brand. Everything from the packaging to the ingredients, to how my skin feels after application is wonderful. I would be happy to see more of these goodies in my future boxes (wink wink, nudge nudge). It is true that this is an expensive LE, but LILFOX is an expensive brand. So if you too are curious about them, this is a good way to try them out and save some money!

I love natural/vegan beauty products, Korean skincare, unique jewelry, and weird candies from far away places. When I am not waiting for my next exciting box you can find me painting or taking photographs of interesting people. I never leave home without pug hair somewhere on my shirt and a bold lipstick on my smile.

I love brand! I have used the eye roller when i got it in another box and didn’t love the idea of a roller for my eye product.

If that eye serum didn’t come with a rollerball applicator I would have purchased this LE box in a heartbeat! I’d LOVE to try that face mist! I’m just going to cross my fingers the mist will show up in one of the green beauty boxes sometime next year. 🙂
