I’m still wrangling with them over my April box that was never sent. The sub itself is nice but their customer service is not helpful, and it’s very restrictive since their car portal is harder to use than email, and you can only send one image at a time which never seems to be the “exact” one they want.

Doesn’t matter how great a deal it is if you get charged but they don’t send the box, and you have to play 20 rounds with customer service to get anywhere. Time is worth money, too.

There is a link on the front page of Glossybox’s website to purchase past “classic boxes” (last year they were three for $25!) but the link isn’t working for me (I keep getting an error message). Is it working for anyone else? I want three more of the July box soooo badly!
