  1. Just received a complete box set for $195.95 missing key elements including the sixth and final episode. Unplayable. Customer service is terrible. Making it difficult to attempt to get refund.

  2. Be careful, this company is a complete scam! Unlike most other boxes of the “escape room” type, this one makes you pay for six boxes in order to solve one crime – that’s $180! I didn’t realize this, and when we bought the first box from this deal we were left severely disappointed after solving the first “step” in 10 minutes and being prompted to pay another $30 to keep playing.

What a rip off!! Poorly advertised and constructed. Too bad too, the packaging and thought to detail is beautiful and got us very excited to play. But, paying $30 for each step of the game …. who does that?
