FabFitFun Winter 2020 Box Shipping Update
FYI – FabFitFun sent out a shipping update for the Winter 2020 box
The Winter Box is here! It’s curated with some extra love and we hope it brings you a little excitement and comfort this season. We wanted to proactively keep you up to date on shipping timelines and why we expect it might take some additional time to receive your box this holiday season.
As you may know, our FabFitFun team has been working hard to navigate through COVID-19 over the past few quarters. We are continuing to go above and beyond to prioritize the safety of our team members at the warehouse, while packing up your individual customized boxes and Add-Ons. As we balance these continued challenges, please allow up to 1 month for processing your winter order, plus up to an additional 10 business days for standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. Please note that boxes being shipped outside of the contiguous U.S. will likely take longer to ship. While social distancing and safety measures are having an impact on fulfillment speed, we have made some positive improvements to your membership experience, including adding reFills, a new e-commerce shopping cart, and additional fulfillment infrastructure. We are always committed to making decisions that put health, quality, and safety first while working to create the best possible experience for our members.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and can’t wait for you to open up your Winter Box!
Here is the current shipping schedule:
Bill Date 1 – November 4
All Select Members
Select Members are shipped first and enjoy early access to Add-Ons and Customization for their box during the Select Access Window.
You have Select status if you:
- Signed up for or upgraded to an Annual membership
- Have a military shipping address (APO, DPO, FPO)
Bill Date 2 – November 18
Members who fit one of the following criteria:
- New Select Members who signed up after the Select Access Window window
- Members who purchase Add-Ons or additional Customization products during the Seasonal Access Window
- Seasonal Members with a shipping address in Canada, U.K., Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico
- New Seasonal Members who prepaid in advance
Bill Date 3 – November 25
All remaining Seasonal Members
Sale & Shop Orders
Items purchased in an Edit Sale, Themed Sale, or the FFF Shop typically ship within two weeks of successful billing.
