I love that TheraBox provides a description of each product, a link to the product’s website, the cost of the item, and a coupon code if available.

Pumpkin Spice Whipped Soap by Aminnah Skincare, 6 fl oz. – Listed Value $19.99, Retail Value $14 (found on sale here for $9.99)

Pumpkin spice has become extremely popular over the years, but I've been loving all things pumpkin since I was little – so this whipped soap was a hit for me! Not only does it look like a delicious treat, but it also smells incredible. This whipped butter works as a moisturizer and cleanser and is made with shea butter, coconut oil, and real 24k gold dust. You can use this all over, including your face to wash away dirt and makeup. The soap is so light and fluffy, but a little goes a very long way. I have been using this on my legs when shaving because it has provided my skin with this intense moisture while leaving me feeling soft and clean. My kids caught a glimpse of this container as well and wanted to try some, so they have also been enjoying using this at bathtime, and I must say it is making them smell as good as pie while leaving their skin hydrated. This is the perfect fall treat for your skin!

Turmeric Recover Superfood Elixir by Vahdam Teas, 10 packets – Retail Value $19.99

I cook with turmeric often, but something about turmeric in drinks is not super appealing to me. However, I have been trying to drink a detox tea at least once a day so I knew that I needed to branch out and give this recovery tea a go. The recovery blend works to ease stress and anxiety, supports immunity and heart wellbeing, could help you catch some Z's, – and so much more! This tea is made with active turmeric, green tea extracts, matcha, and adaptogenic ashwagandha, along with notes of black pepper and ginger. You can drink it hot or cold, with water or milk. I've tried this twice so far once with hot water and once with warm milk. I have to say that I loved it with milk! It made it feel almost like a latte and it provided a sweetness that this drink desperately needs. The taste overall is very earthy with a strong turmeric and ginger taste. I will say that I do not like ginger so that flavor really stood out to me making me not love the overall flavor and aftertaste. While this isn't my favorite drink, the suggested full-body benefits keep me coming back (something that I really need and want to keep up throughout this winter).

Oregon Mint Balm by Portland Bee Balm – Retail Value $2.99

I can never have too many lip balms in my house! I love keeping one in my makeup bag, my diaper bag, and one in our kitchen to quickly apply to my kids when their lips get dry. My lips tend to get super dry, too, especially as the seasons change, but I still love rocking a dark lipstick so a quality balm is key for me. This balm is so perfectly simple and works so well! It is made with beeswax local to the Pacific Northwest, organic cold-pressed extra virgin coconut oil, organic California extra virgin olive oil, and Oregon peppermint essential oil. The balm is so light with this minty fresh flavor that leaves my lips smooth. I really loved researching this brand as well, they focus on quality over quantity and ensure consistent and quality products each time. Plus, the label is made of real wood! Nothing too fancy here, just a super hydrating balm that really works and smells fantastic!

Rose Gold Face Oil by Essential Rose, 1 oz. – Retail Value $48.00

If you follow my reviews then you know that I love facial oils and I was just about out of a bottle of oil that I was truly in love with when this golden beauty arrived. It was exactly what my skin needed right now as the weather is changing and my skin is becoming even drier than it usually is. This blend is made with 100% plant-based essential oils of argan, rosehip, and pomegranate. The oil works to boost collagen, promote cell turnover, reduce fine lines, moisturize, rejuvenate, brighten, and balance your skin's natural oils. I found this to be hydrating while still being light and non-greasy, with this incredible rose scent that is so relaxing. I have been using about 2 drops morning and night along with my moisturizer, and have found that this leaves my skin with that dewy glow that I love while feeling soft and hydrated. I am in love!

Facial Cupping Set by Viola Vann, Set of 3 – Listed Value $19.99, Retail Value $25.00

I tried facial cupping a few months ago and was not a fan, but I am always open to giving products a second try (especially a new set from a new brand). Facial cupping is used to boost collagen, reduce fine lines, improve blood flow, plump skin to provide suppleness, shrink pores, and soften scars. For me, I was still not a fan after using this set. I followed the instructions but still found the process to be clunky and uncomfortable. Like the last set that I used, I was left with cup-sized marks on my face as well that lasted a few days. Luckily, I was able to cover the marks easily with makeup. I can't say that I noticed a big difference in my skin, which I am sure comes after using this set over a period of time, but I just don't see myself using this over and over again. Maybe if I had someone else use them on me during a facial I would enjoy it more. Unfortunately, this was not a winner for me.

Directions from Viola Vann:

For the forehead area, it's best to go sideways, or in an upward diagonal. For the cheeks, also go up and out. For the eye area, you would want to start on the outer orbital area and gently move inward, then release and repeat. Around the mouth area, it is not as sensitive, so you can go along the laugh lines, and around the lips. For the neck use an upward motion on the center of the neck and downward motions for outer areas. Start with gentle suction, and then you can increase as you get more comfortable. Use cups sizes based on facial area.

#03 Soothe and Cool Massage Oil by Way of Will, 2 fl oz. – Retail Value $29.50

This oil smells incredible! It has a bold peppermint scent that really awakens my senses and leaves my skin feeling cool, yet warm. The German chamomile has this earthy floral scent that is so fresh. This oil has a base blend of sweet almond oil, apricot kernel oil, and jojoba oil to help your skin retain moisture from the oil. They recommend using this oil to recover and recharge your body after a workout. It is best used after a warm shower, add a few drops to your hand, hold together to warm, and rub in for the healing benefits. I workout at least five times a week, but I am also on my feet a lot running after my two kids, so I usually wake up with a good amount of aches and pains. This oil is perfect to use either at night or after my morning shower. This is actually perfect to use on my feet and has really helped to release a lot of pain that I have there. I am truly enjoying the routine of using this oil after my shower and I feel like it is helping to ease my muscle tension!

Unplug Digital Detox Card Deck by The Happy Shoppe – Listed Value $15.99

Raise your hand if you are constantly on your phone! It me! Life lately has been so overwhelming for everyone and the news is just... a lot, so I find myself on my phone reading the news, articles, or using Instagram as an escape from my stress. If you are like me though, I usually get stressed about being on my phone too much or the news I read makes me more stressed than I already am, and then I feel guilty if I am on my phone too much in front of my kids. It is a vicious cycle and one that is really hard to get out of. Which is why I was genuinely excited to see this month's deck of cards. My husband and I looked through this deck together and thought it actually looked totally achievable and might help break our bad phone habits. We are going to start this 30-day digital detox starting in November and are both really excited! It is going to be a great way to reset, reconnect, and destress!

Autumn Stroll Soy Candle & Wax Melt Set by Willow Collection – Retail Value $29.99

I love candles and usually have at least one burning throughout the day. Candles help to soothe me by filling my home with a comforting scent, but I also love the homey feel that they create. I was really excited to see this wax melt set because it is dainty enough to have in a bathroom or on my vanity in my bedroom. The design is sleek and matches my home decor perfectly! This set comes with tea candles that you use on the bottom to burn the wax melts that you place on the top plate. The wax that I received is called "Autumn Stroll" and has this really light spice scent that is fresh and clean. The tea candle melts the wax super quickly so it fills a room with the amazing scent in a big way! I have been using this in my master bathroom and it makes the space smell amazing and feel cozy.

The Verdict: This month's TheraBox brought cozy, warm fall feelings right into my home! I absolutely loved this month's curation and the quality was spot on. Fall is one of my favorite seasons so I was eagerly awaiting a true fall box, which this one totally delivered! The soy candle set was a real treat, giving me a sleek new candle style that fills my bathroom with this spicy yet clean scent that feels uniquely autumnal. The pumpkin spice whipped soap looked and smelled delicious, it is helping to keep my skin feeling clean and smooth and has been a big hit with my kiddos, making their bath time more fun. The facial oil is my favorite product this month, hands down! It smells feminine without being overpowering, and it leaves my skin with that dewy glow that my dry skin craves. The digital detox cards are going to help my husband and I get over this weird phone funk that we are in, and will be passed on to my mom (who is literally always on her phone) after we are done. The only product this month that didn't blow me away was the facial cupping set. I have tried one before so I sort of went into testing this out knowing that I didn't like the ones I used before, but I just don't enjoy the process or how my skin looks red and irritated after using. Maybe I am using them wrong or I need to have someone else use them on me? Overall though, this box was a winner for me. From the cozy curation and the quality, this box always brings it! This month's estimated retail value is $185.46 making this box an incredible deal considering the $39.98 total price ($34.99 + $4.99 shipping).

To Wrap Up:

This is my second box i thought it was a wonderful box I do have to say i was so excited to see the cupping set. The first time I did have spots that went away in a couple of days. I did some research and the second time i did use the cupping set was much more relaxing and left me with no spot just a little red that calmed right down. I’m loving this box.
