Honey Belle Jade Gua Sha – Retail Value $24.00
Ok, I can get excited about this delivery! I love a good gua sha stone. They are such a nice way to massage the smaller muscles in your face that often go ignored. The box this stone arrived in has a pretty basic but helpful diagram on how to use it on your face. I like to pick out a nice facial oil for slip, and massage it onto my face with my fingertips. Then I glide the gua sha stone up against my face, targeting my cheeks, and forehead. I find the trick is to hold the stone at a 90-degree angle and apply firm pressure. Using this tool stimulates the skin as well as those tiny muscles, releasing tension and improving texture over time. According to some, they could also promote lymph drainage and reduce inflammation, though I primarily use mine for massaging the tense muscles between and above my brows. The firm edge of this tool somehow does such a better job than fingers alone! I find the inner curved edge is ideal for the jaw and forehead areas. This is one of those tools you can totally stash in the fridge for an extra chilly treat.
Verdict: MightyBody delivered such a beautiful facial tool to me this month. This is by far the prettiest gua sha I have in my collection. The green is so rich and it feels weighty and high quality. I am very happy with this delivery.
