The Fall Box is here! It’s curated with so much love and we hope it brings you joy and comfort during these times. We wanted to proactively keep you up to date on shipping timelines and why it may take a little longer than usual for your box to get to you this season.

Our team has been working hard to navigate through COVID-19, going above and beyond to ensure the safety of our team members at the warehouse, while sending out one of our most customizable boxes yet. As we balance these challenges, please allow up to 1 month for processing your fall order, plus an additional 7-10 days for standard shipping within the contiguous US. Please note that boxes being shipped outside of the contiguous US will take longer to ship. You can find additional details here.

While social distancing and safety measures are having an impact, we want you to know that we’re doing our best to make decisions that put health, quality, and safety first and working to get your boxes out as quickly as possible.

  1. I ordered annual membership around 08/07 and was billed immediately. I chose all my products on 08/15. Any idea how long it will take to receive the box?

    • Mine is getting delivered tomorrow. Been a subscriber for years. Love the boxes.

    • I’m an annual and my box shipped on 8/14 and I still haven’t received it. It’s been sitting in a warehouse about 30 minutes away for over a week.

    • I’ve been an annual member since last fall and just received mine today.

  3. I just got my shipping notification. Annual plus add-ons.

  4. I got a notification that my label was created with FedEx on Wednesday but no movement since. Kinda bummed they aren’t showing the items we didn’t get to pick online tho

    • Did they say they were no longer revealing these items from now on?

  5. Meanwhile, all the “influencers” get theirs the moment the box hits the airwaves.

  7. I hate to say it, but I hope it’s not late because the same warehouse handles all their flash sales, too. They’re had too many of those sales this summer, to the point of FFFFatigue. If it’s all fulfilled at the same place, no wonder that they’re behind. But, maybe not.

  8. Mine is being delivered today!! I am annual with multiple add ons. I’m very shocked it is coming so quickly.

    • What? That is amazing! I’m curious what FFF picks we get, can you share which ones you end up getting? I’m annual with several add-ons and a couple boosts, so I’m not surprised my box hasn’t shipped yet. Hopefully soon.

      • FFF is not revealing the FFF picks online so I’m curious too! I don’t have an ATA yet but I got shipping notification today.

  9. I’m annual and I got my Fall box shipping notification today. No add-ons or extra choices but I did get the Sunday Riley CEO Glow oil boost.

    • What is the Sunday Riley ceo glow oil boost? Is this some sort of extra choice or something?

  10. Is this one month from when we ordered, are billed or an additional month from when the fall boxes were originally set to ship?

    • I read the text above carefully. They conveniently do not specify. So my educated (=experienced) guess is that it’s one month from your third “you’ve had my money for 6 weeks and haven’t shipped yet” email. Fortunately the spoilers don’t turn me on so I can get off the FFF carousel and wait for winter spoilers.

    • Just got off with chat and they said it’s still within one month of the bill date (8/7 for annual, 8/20 for seasonal). They used lots of “may, should”, etc…but when I finally said “so it should be w/in one month of the bill date but just in case it’s longer they sent the email out?” they said “yes, that’s exactly it”. So basically shipping should follow the chart on their website but they’re covering their butts in case it doesn’t. Which means it probably won’t.

      • Amanda thanks for reaching out & getting clarification from them about this even though they weren’t very clear in their answers… I didn’t know customers were meant to do CS jobs. Lol. Appreciate you getting direct w/them. Why is it sometimes CS are so vague?
