I’ve just signed up for Fabfitfun a week ago and just have read some comments which are leaving me concerned about add ons being charged when you didn’t order them. I’m wondering now if I should cancel my subscription.

What I’ve mostly run into over several years with FFF is add-ons items being charged at the wrong price (recent example: a shirt I ordered was charged at $26.99 instead of the $19.99 listed price) and items being out of stock and unable to be fulfilled (recent example: Envogue gold trinket tray set in the most recent Annual add-ons). They’ve always sent a notice and refund (sometimes with a $5 account credit) but it is something to be aware of.

I’ve been with FFF for over 3 years and never had a problem with billing. Customer service has been great. I really don’t need any of my subs due to major product overload but I just can’t get myself to cancel FFF.

I wanted to get the Fall box and sign up today, but looks like only the members pick box is available. Is this true or is there still a way to get the Fall box?

There is a ‘members pick’ box, supposed to be like the editors box, I guess. Problem is there are items that members definitely don’t want, lol.
