I received my first box and mystery box today. I cancelled within an hour of getting it. The bonus box worth $125 that I was supposed to get consisted of a small rug, hair conditioner, and an Elemis product. The Elemis product does retail for more than the cost of the box.

But the rest of the things I received weren’t that impressive. As my husband said “When you get a Causebox, you act like I let you loose in Target with a gift card. Your excitement with FabFitFun seems more like I brought you a Starbucks.”

He hit the nail on the head — some things I’ll use as gifts but nothing seemed to be that great of quality, whereas Causebox feels more special and high-end to me. The cooler seems too small to do much with, but I’ll keep in case we can use it. The necklace will go to my niece for Christmas, other things went straight into the donation box, and I’ll use the hand and body wash, makeup eraser, and the buffer. The kimono seems ok for a robe, but not something I’d normally buy. I cancelled within an hour of receiving everything.

It’s great there are options for everyone’s taste, but just sharing that if you love Causebox, FabFitFun might not be your thing. It just has a different feel to me. On the other hand, if you would like more products than Causebox sends, I do think my FabFitFun box contained more items.

I fell for this promo. The $125 worth of items is 3 items that they sell for $37 total on their own site. A leave in conditioner, deodorant without antiperspirant and a foot cream. 3 items they say have a ‘potential’retail value of $125. A quick google search and nope not that value anywhere. The $5 intro box has more value. I was angry! I got a refund and cancelled the whole year.

A totally nasty company to do business with. I canceled my subscription too!

This will be my one and only FFF box – that is, IF I ever get it! Waiting, waiting, waiting.

Oh brother, lol! How many current subscribers have not received their past sales items and summer box or editor’s box? Not only this, but there is yet another sale opening in a few days. Take care of your current subscribers.

Yes!! I agree. They need to ship out boxes to all of us who paid back in May first!

I mentioned this before, but in case you did not see my post: you might want to contact FFF as we signed up for the Editor’s box for my sister in law around May and 10 days ago, I contact FFF as it still hasn’t shipped, they looked it up and told us that there was a mishap in their system and the box got deleted? We needed to re-customize all over and wait again. It finally shipped a few days ago.

I hope you get your box soon. It is a shame that gaining more subscribers and having sales every other week is more important to this company than taking care of the subscribers they already have.
