I’m interested in this sub but the zero and one-star reviews on many sites with respect to their apparently horrendous CS is stopping me. Too bad.

I have had this sub for about two years and I have never had any trouble with CS. I even received an email while my June box was in transit that they accidentally forgot to include an item and it would be sent asap. I hadn’t even gotten the box yet to realize they had left anything out. I thought that was pretty nice of CS. But, I have never had any real in-depth problems that needed attention, so maybe others have had bad experiences.

As far as this box I had it for a couple of years and had to contact CS a few times and they usually respond within a day or two. It’s sort of like Naturismo with untracked packages it just showed up but I only didn’t receive my box once and they resent it.

Lucky. I received my shipping email on 6/3, and it’s still in transit. I’ll continue to wait patiently for it though 🙂

Luna, hi! I hope you receive it soon. This was the longest shipping time on any of my LF. There was no movement from the time it got into the States…until it hit my mailbox.

Typically there is a spoiler in the booklet that comes with the box but we didn’t get a booklet this month. I also never go the email they were supposed to send so it may have a spoiler in it.

Though I do use past boxes for storage, Im really hoping they change to the clear pouches they used in June.

They haven’t released spoilers for July yet but we’ll post as soon as they do!
