My box came in today and not one item listed was in it! It’s like they grabbed 5 random old items and threw them in a box. Violet Vox Essentials palette, Iconic highlighter, three lip liners, KVD eyebrow pencil not for my color….ridiculous. Does anyone else’s product sheet say Oasis?

I got the exact same things in my box that you did. And when I looked up the palette tutorial on youtube it was from a box in 2019. And that eyebrow pencil is so light, it wouldn’t even show up on my baby! So I also thought they threw in a bunch of leftover stuff. Plus this was my first one and I signed up because I had a coupon code to get extra stuff in my first box and there was nothing extra in there.

I signed up for Boxy june 6th. Still have not got a tracking number. Emailed them, and was told to expect a tracking number by the END of next week. I know this whole Covid slows things down, but it hasn’t effected any of my other subscriptions to that extent.

Oh man did I get a sad box. Zoeva pallet with the same warm neutrals that make up almost every pallet I’ve received from a box In the last 5 years, Artist Couture highlight powder, set of 3 lip liners, the KAB set with yet another lipliner, and Touch en Sol glassy skin balm. I’m happy about the balm, but everything else is a bust.

Me too except for I got that green bottle setting spray from a few boxes back rather than the touch in sol (which I would have rather had since my last one is almost gone) and the boxycharm palette… I am still so angry about the Zoeva palette I received though. I cancelled because I got the caramel melange or w/e Zoeva palette not even 2 months ago and they sent the spice of life one this time which might as well be the exact same color story. Box full of past items and the setting spray could have at least been the one featured in this months box. Plus the fact that they said the options was going to be touch in sol or shared planet in this box but then added in Zoeva last minute still pisses me off like none other.

For possible new subs reading this and thinking about signing up in the near future:
The longer you wait to sign up (like the last couple of days in the month), the higher your chances of getting like a FOMO box, old “favorites” from previous boxes just thrown in. Some of them are bad, some meh, rarely awesome.

I cancelled BoxyLuxe after seeing the horrendous June selections but Shockingly, based on retail value, I received a decent box for June base.
Laura gellar palette which I can make work with my deep complexion, Smashbox spray that I prayed for, Tula eye cream (I chose) and this KAB lip gloss & liner set which are decent shades. I also have in my box Kylie skin 🙄 But whatever I’d likely donate that & the KAB.

Seems like we got a similar box! I got variation 20 and I’m really happy with the box too. I love glowy products cause I have really dry skin and the Tula eye balm, and cream to powder trio is an automatic win to me. I’m just so happy I didn’t get another warm toned eyeshadow palette. I have wayyy too many.

My box was all old products as well I got the Boxycharm eyeshadow palette, dark liquid lip I will never use, cover fx drops, qms eye cream and the lily lash mascara which was the only thing that was a June spoiler. I canceled my base box and will wait to see what my premium looks like.

I have not seen one unboxing or read about an unboxing that had the Shared Planet palette in them. Did they not get a shipment of them then scrambled to add in Kylie or Zoeva again as replacements or are they doing what they did with Hourglass and they’ll hold on to their supply of the most coveted palette and sell it during the next Pop Up or Add On sale?
If their shipment of the palettes did not arrive in time just announce it and get it out there. We would certainly understand that over holding on to them to make more money in other sales.

I cancelled Lux to get away from Kylie. I already have the Tarte palette that I bought a long time ago. It sucks because I ended up with Kylie (face wash for children) and found out that because I resigned up for a Premium, I’m likely time get the Tarte remix, which in my opinion is so close the the one I already have, but mostly, I did not want that. BC made it sound like if you were charged on the 1st with everyone else that you would get the contour palette… I’m seriously so SICK of their stupid games. I’m an adult and I need to be more responsible than dealing with these shady characters. We are just making them millions while they send us products that were on the way to a dumpster or made with the other Dollar Tree/Alibaba products.

For some reason my comment from earlier isn’t showing up. I am still mad that I got a Zoeva palette when I received one not two months ago… and then the boxycharm palette, and other previous box leftovers… I cancelled, it was the last straw. They seriously need to consider giving past box stuff to either brand new subbers or better yet, don’t stick them in our boxes and perpetually have them in the charm room on sale, or permanent boxy pop-up or add ons. At least they can try to sell it all and not lose costumers because they pissed them off like they pissed me off. My box almost went into the trash. I just gave it all to my mom to bring to my niece to play with…

On the side, to add insult to injury, someone else who got the powder also got the polar bear palette, smashbox, among other new items. Only repeat was the touch in sol glassy balm which I wouldn’t have hated getting a repeat of =_=

Poor us T_T I was really looking forward to this box the most… It makes the let down that much harder. Had I known it would be like this, I would have stuck with luxe and not downgraded. But, since it is what it is, I am not renewing and will probably also cancel premium after the next pop-up.

I am done. I just got Zoeva caramel melange in a box like 1-2 months ago and they sent me ANOTHER Zoeva crap palette in spice of life which might as well be the same color scheme… I put I like blues for eyeshadows. Then they sent me old inventory items to fill the rest of my box aside from beauty vault liners.

I wasn’t happy with any of the choices and picked randomly. The one I picked assured I wouldn’t get the BB cream I really wanted to try. This was the last straw. Reeled in with touch in sol and shared planet as teasers of one of the variations (among themselves) and then they last minute throw in Zoeva crap. Then sent me Zoeva crap. I will spend my money elsewhere.

I’m done too. I just gave my whole box to my mom and said have fun. Leave the leftovers out of my boxes. Have add ons or pop-up up for the whole month to get rid of that stuff…

Just got my base box today. I was a little worried since looking at some of the repeat products under the “review” section and I received an email earlier this week with a 12$ credit from Boxy because I would be receiving an item I received previously.
Weight was 1.1lbs and it is variation 72. I picked the Diamond Glow Powder during choice.
-Zoeva Palette in Spice of Life
-KAB Lip Liner and Gloss in the color Charming
-Diamond Glow Powder in color Gold Digger
-Beauty Vault Lip Liner Trio
-And the repeat product was Touch in Sol Glassy Skin Balm which I am not upset about, I used the previous product of this I received up completely so more is not a bad thing.
Overall I’m happy with the box I received, I can actually use and wear all the colors everything is in.

Be careful with FFF, they like to make it hard to cancel and have been known to still charge your card despite being fully cancelled. Ipsy also says they delete your card info after cancelling yet when you go to resub miraculously still have it and don’t make you enter it again. Shady as f***. After cancelling boxy base, I went to try Ipsy again, didn’t like the spoilers and tried to skip July box to August, sent an email confirmation that I was skipping July and lo and behold, I have been charged for July and the box is shipping. Worst is nothing I want in it… so cancelling Ipsy again lol. Frankly, I need to get a prepaid credit card for these subs…

FFF can be really bad about about billing and shipping. They love to take your money and then not deliver the goods.

Well, I will probably just drop base box/luxe box altogether and just keep premium (even though it’s been worst than even my base boxes, which has been pretty darn awful). Only reason I am keeping premium is for early choice in pop-ups and add ons.

Or worse, I got that Laura Geller (sp?) trio. It is junk…and the $40 KAB lip gloss??? More like CRAP. The liner is not the same as their website. Do you sharpen the liner or is mine broken?? Can someone explain?

Interesting they didn’t include the KAB lip duo that has been included in every box reveal I’ve seen so far. The brand by Kim Zolciak and her daughters. A product with terrible reviews. The Kylie product was one thing but now we’re getting Kim Zolciak stuff they can’t give away?

I have 2 Boxycharm accounts.
On 6/2/2020, I was charged for 2 base boxes ( OK).
HOWEVER, I ALSO was charged for 4 Premium boxes and 4 Luxe boxes. Likely they charged closed accounts and never intend to ship a thing, as those email accounts never get any email from Boxy.
I just got the nerve to email them as they always act like I’m wrong when they overcharge me. I’m not wrong.
Please check your credit or debit cards for charges from Boxycharm. The amounts were correct for the specified boxes- this was NOT for any add ons.

A couple of things I know after purchasing the Purlisse BB cream from their website:
It trends to very yellow tones, not neutral or cool, and is dark even in the lightest shade.
I put mine in a drawer and have never used it. This is a sample I would NOT pick based on personal experience as a neutral toned light medium skintone.

Over memorial day weekend my wallet was stolen along with my purse and my phone. so my debit card was canceled. I put in a different card for boxycharm so I did not miss a payment and I still lost my choice for the month of June. After several emails I got the same response. I think boxycharm has become ridiculously rude and inconsiderate!!!!! I’m done

I did within 24 hours and was able to snag a free add-on of the iconic London illuminator ($12)! I’m sorry they aren’t responding. The code is available to use for about a month.

I agree, the repeats have to stop! If there’s an overload of product put it on the Popups and Add-Ons. They also need to look at are preference quiz more because I’ve been getting shades that I won’t wear and would never consider wearing!
