BeautyFIX used to always send SPF items in summer so I’m surprised why they didn’t do it this year. I understand why there were ZERO spoilers. I should have cancelled as I am bummed out by this box. There is usually at least something in the box that I can use & it is usually more than $25 to justify the cost of the box. Not this time.
The highest value item is $46 coconut oil, which is comedogenic (clogged pores = break outs). Agree with comments about Skyn cream. I usually like the brand (actually buy eye patches every time they are on 50% sale) but this cream piles up bad. That’s strike 2. Advertised Value listed on their website is $115, but it adds up to $97, so where are we missing $18?
I have subscribed for this box for years & I don’t remember ever being THAT disappointed as this month. Especially annoying to watch Dermstore commercials on Hulu over & over about 15% sale for new customers. This makes me wonder if the company is struggling.
I sure hope Beautyfix PR people read comments and will improve the boxes or at least send some SPF for July & August.

I feel a little alone in this opinion but I’m really excited for this box! I love trying new face oils and I’m always happy to get nail polish!
My box ended up in New Jersey for some reason. It comes from Indiana and I live in PA so I was puzzled by that. I looked at the tracking of my last boxes and that had never happened before. It looks like they have it heading my way now. It’ll be a few days late, bit I’ll survive. I can’t wait to see what color nail polish I receive!

Luna

There are a few of us toward the end of the comments that are excited! 😀

I had cancelled after May due to financial issues, but this arrived on Friday anyway. Sort of happy it did. Can really use some pampering with the weird state of the world. I really like the face oil. It absorbs quickly and doesn’t appear to have glitter… thankfully. I am looking forward to the face mask later today. I really don’t paint my nails, but my daughter might like the polish. I may try the Oribe tomorrow before work. Got the crazy idea to cut my hair a couple of weeks ago. Maybe “beach waves” is the way to go. This is well worth the $25 right now.

Natalie

When I read the spoilers, I got so excited for this box. Surprised when I read the comments and saw how many people were not! Nonetheless, can’t wait for it to come 🙂

Agreed! It does seem a bit light on products as other people have mentioned but, I am really looking forward to getting more nail polish and facial oil. I am thinking the other items are an added bonus. Speaking of which I probably should start painting my nails instead of just hoarding them 😀 😀

Iggy'sRock

This seems really light.

Just a thought u can always use the facial oil for your body esp when your skin is damp right out of the shower. That’s what I do for certain facial oils Since I have so many ; )

I have to say that I’m disappointed with this box . But it has been really good the last few months so I can’t complain. But I wish they could have sent spoilers out! Mine has already shipped and I would have skipped or cancelled this month. I really want to get the May New Beauty test tube it looks great! Or at least I’m excited about that box. Well not every box can be a winner which is fine that’s life ; )

They promise over $100 value in each box, which they didn’t deliver this month. Almost, but not quite.

$48.00 Oil
$18.00 Polish
$17.00 Skyn 14g. (Full size is $68 for 56g = $1.21 per gram rounded)
$ 7.00 One Mask (5 masks for $35)
$ 5.18 Oribe 1oz. (Full Size is $44 for 8.5oz.)
$ 4.40 Probiotic – 2 teaspoons (Full size is $55 for 100g. 1 teaspoon = 4g)

$99.58 Total

Mel

Dude! Received this sad little box today, and the supplement isn’t even what they sell. The pills sell for $1 per pill on the company’s website, so the total value is $97.18.

The Skyn was open, too.

Thank you for curing part of my addiction, Beautyfix.

Thank you so much for calculating all this. I knew this was a lighter box for sure.

It’s a tough call for me because while I really like the products, value-wise it’s a bit substandard from what I’m used to.

Reply ButtonReply

Oz

Thanks for breaking that down. I’m glad that I won’t be receiving this month as I have a coconut allergy and the 1st ingredient in the oil is coconut oil.

I hope that those who do receive the box love it.

Rachel

A facial oil when it’s 90+F degrees outside?! I don’t wear nail polish so….trash? I have short hair so the Oribe might have to find another home. Ugh. Last month’s was awesome.

Reply ButtonReply

Deanne

Please don’t throw away the nail polish, not only is it heavy and pretty but someone else would love to buy it off of you for a couple dollars! Put it on mercari or something.

Is it too late to cancel this box? Can I do it from my account? Thank you.

Reply ButtonReply

Luna

As long as you haven’t been charged for June’s box, I don’t think it would be too late. And yes, you can cancel your subscription from your account. 🙂

Math Tutor

Thank you.

I though this box would get better…but to me its just not…I think i’m going to try something else..

It used to be a GREAT box and the FOMO was REAL!! ai subbed to it about 5 years ago back when it was AMAZING! I check the spoilers every month and I just don’t see the WOW factor that it once had. 🙁

Reply ButtonReply

Penny

Cancelling is so easy with this sub. I did so early when no spoilers were forthcoming, then went to their website and purchased the November box. Every item in that one was a hit for me, especially the Tula serum, eye cream and gummies. At 24.95, I need to use just about every item in the box to justify the price, so no spoilers are a big red flag for me personally.

Reply ButtonReply

Melissa

That was a great box! I don’t see it on their website, how did you find it?

No spoilers is a red flag for me too, so glad I cancelled last week!

Reply ButtonReply

judy

@Penny…. also my favorite…. tried numerous times to get a 2nd and could not….. what WORKED today was searching in Dermstore for “beautyfix wellness goals” …. it brings up January’s box which had the items described above…. I was stoked!!! Hope you can find it this way…. 😎👍🏻

Luna

Another way to see past boxes currently available for sale is to choose “Beauty Fix” under Brands. 🙂

Penny

I just typed in “November beautyfix box” in the search bar. Many other months came up as well, still available for purchase, but that month was my favorite. 😁

Inge

Click/Hover your mouse to the “BeautyFIX” tab then choose “Gift Your Favorite BeautyFIX Box!”
They have GWP Paula’s Choice DEFENSE Essential Glow Moisturizer SPF 30 ($10 Value), with any $50 purchase.

Linda

I have found that Skyn Iceland is extremely drying on me personally. I am only interested in two of those products. Perhaps July will be better… I hope.

Kelly

I like this box, but I do think it is overpriced. I’d pay for it at the $15 price point, like an Allure Beauty Box. $25 seems steep.

Reply ButtonReply

Nat

When did BeautyFix gone so downhill. This is probably the worse I’ve seen from them

Reply ButtonReply

Ashley

Yuck, no wonder they didn’t release spoilers!

Reply ButtonReply

Alisa Fritchey

I actually like this box, I can use several of the items

Reply ButtonReply

Luna

Me too 🙂 I’m actually getting this box mostly for the Smith & Cult nail polish to give to my mom, because she loves their polishes, but I will also gladly use everything else included in the box. 🙂

Reply ButtonReply

Luna

LOL! Me too! 😀 I sub based on spoilers, so there are months I skip, but if there’s a box I love no one can ever rain on my parade! 🙂

Errmmm

Yes! At $18 for a bottle of Smith & Cult nail polish, that’s almost the cost of the box right there. Add the $46 facial oil, and to me that’s a great deal! The other items are just gravy after that.

I’ll always love Beautyfix, even when others think the box stinks. LOL!

Errmmm

I was kind of hoping for some sunscreen (based on their June boxes in the past) but since I already have a good amount of sunscreen at home, I’m excited for this box. I’ll use everything in it and I like getting new (nice) nail polishes.

I *love* facial oils and can’t wait to try this one out. My face is on a retinol peel frenzy so hopefully the oil will help keep it soft and glowing.

Angie

That skyn Iceland night cream is the worst! I have this from a fff sale and bought full size thinking it’d be as amazing and most skyn Iceland products but immediately after I applied this to my skin bare face no toner or serum on it pilled all over . I was shocked and couldn’t believe it and I saw reviews where others had the same issue. I don’t know if it’s due to certain skin types or what but just be cautious about it. And I did as instructed on their website.

Reply ButtonReply

Tanya M.

I am ok with the box. I can use all of it but the beachy wave spray which I can easily gift. Skin and body care rituals have been my go-tos for personal peace. Bring me more product please..

Reply ButtonReply

TNTriathlete

Now I see why they didn’t release spoilers . . .

Reply ButtonReply

Melissa

I thought the exact same thing!

Reply ButtonReply

Break

Would have signed up for this if that facial oil wasn’t coconut oil based.

Reply ButtonReply

Jacki

My thoughts exactly

Reply ButtonReply

Diana

Ditto!

Lauren

Is there any sleeper hit in this box that I’m overlooking? I forgot to cancel and I’m not particularly thrilled…

Reply ButtonReply

Tat

You know you can return this, right?
Go to the web site for instructions. The even pay the postage.

Reply ButtonReply

Jaya

You cannot return a beautyfix box. I have tried before and the rep said all sales final.

Rachel

Beautyfix boxes aren’t returnable unfortunately. It says all sales final on the product page. I also forgot to cancel 🙁

Lauren

Thanks! I hadn’t thought of that.

Melissa

When I saw this yesterday I was so glad I cancelled when spoilers didn’t come out! This is one of their worst boxes! Probably best for me though, I’m on product overload and need to use what I have 😂 There isn’t one item in this box that I was at all excited for 😢
