What happened to MSA? Why did you stop spoiling and reviewing all the most relevant beauty subs?

They no longer do spoilers. Try now just do reviews and advertising for sponsored sites.

@melissa The thing that offends me about the sponsored posts is the fact that they won’t let you comment on them. They won’t even allow feedback. There was this ridiculous post a few weeks ago that compared a no-name internet based jewelry company with Van Cleef & Arpel, a legendary French jeweler that has been around since the 1800s. I mean, talk about comparing apples and oranges.

Melissa

Not to mention that it is the same sponsored sites over and over and over. I am so tired of all the Hello Fresh ads and how it supposedly “helped” the reviewer with some aspect of her life. Just sick of it.

@juju There’s a decent site many of us use for spoilers. Not sure if I’m allowed to say, but it starts with an “H.”

JuJu

They haven’t done any reviews of BeautyFix in a year now. 🤷‍♀️

This used to be my main site for all things beauty sub, but they have made themselves completely irrelevant. 😒

I miss the old beautyfix boxes sooo much! That was my favorite subscription box ever! These new boxes are horrible & definitely not even worth the month. “New” people can say the full size product is worth the box, which it is, but apparently they haven’t seen what these boxes used to be. It was normally 2 full size products w 8 deluxe/ travel size products. This new box has only 5 items every single month, were the old box had up to 13 items each month. Plus now they charge for shipping, there’s nooo way!!!

I so agree with everyone. This used to be a favorite; in fact, aside from my cleansers, I rarely had to buy skincare. I quit maybe a year ago when the sizes started becoming minuscule (not even travel-sized). No idea who is curating this box anymore. Maybe an intern?

I agree!! I still look to see if by chance, they have gotten better….but nope!! Used to be SOOOOO good!! They always had a great mix of products. When the fiasco happened with their computer system and I got like triple charged for things I didnt order….I just decided to cancel all together.

I definitely agree.. i just look at the tiny samples and can’t believe they charge so much for this box. It’s an insult to the customers.

i agree with all the other comments, this was one of my favorite subs, especially when it was a good mix of skin and makeup. i don’t mind them pivoting to an all skin box, but the mix of products and the ridiculously tiny samples have made me look elsewhere. i wasn’t aware they had new management… why is it when brands get sold to corporations, they lose their soul and what made it great. it just gets run into the ground.

Looks good! I also miss the old beautyfix boxes, those were so fun. I also miss spoilers beforehand – it was so fun to see items show up. THG ruined dermstore!

I miss beautyfix sooo much I miss they way they used to be. I heard awhile back they got new management and that’s when they changed so much. They used to be my absolute favorite subscription box ever and I actually canceled Boxycharm base & premium and was hoping to sign back up with beautyfix but not now. 😕

I wish there were more products to try. Used to get this box all the time. This doesn’t interest me at all.
