I signed up today and discovered nothing was working when I clicked add-ons, customization. The only button that worked was the last one for box something rather and only one of the 3 items is still available. I did some other stuff and logged back in, suddenly add-ons were working. However, customization was still doing nothing. I connected to an online chat offered on the page and learned they are having technical issues on the site. I chatted with Rene and was sent photos of the various options. I told Rene what I would like in my box and was assured my choices were saved. So please, if you are having a complication on the site, reach out through chat.

I think summers sold out when you go on the site it offers the summer editors box

The summer editors box looks good, but last year there was a $20 off coupon on it later.

I went to order and all the items have changed . They must have sold out of the summer box already.

totally sucks. I signed back up because I really Ike the towel. I thought the shampoo/cond would be good. Can’t even get any of it.

Hi Ladies-couple questions please. Is there anything that’s not available? To confirm from the other comment, we can’t add additional items from the same category? Lastly, I’m thinking of adding the R & C shampoo/conditioner set. For anyone who has received this, can you please advise if this is the same formula from the one you buy at salons? Also, can you please tell me the scent? Much appreciated!

I cant respond as to whether it’s the same as in the salon, but I received in a previous box, loved it, love the smell, added it to this box.

I have very very very damaged processed hair and it loves this shampoo and conditioner.

Check back periodically. I’m an annual subscriber and had the same issue when i was customizing. By the time customization closed, I was able to pick additional items for my box.

I really wish I could’ve gotten the cooler bag AND the R&Co, although I was lucky enough to score the R&Co so I shouldn’t complain! I just am kinda obsessed with that bag.

Same here. It told me no additional items on a couple choices at first, but by the time customization closed I could get whatever I wanted.

It still shows on their site that that SHOUD be an option. Serious false advertising.
