I had to fight for my mystery box. I reactivated mostly because of this offer, and was a little disappointed when they downgraded me to the $125 mystery box instead of the $200, but could live with it. Then came my shipping notification for my box, and no mystery box was line-itemed in the shipment summary. I got on chat with CS, and they tried to tell me that since I had renewed my subscription, I wasn’t eligible for the deal. It was only for those who had resubscribed. This was a lie, and so I sent them a screenshot of my first interaction with CS where they told me I could get the $125 box, and even still they tried to back out of it and weakly used the excuse that no where in the conversation was I directly “promised” I would receive the mystery box. I called BS and told them that this felt like a bait and switch, and I guess that helped push things in the right direction as they finally conceded and updated my account to ship me a box. They said it would take a few weeks to process, so we’ll see. I’m super unimpressed with how the CS rep handled the situation and tried to gaslight me into thinking I had initially misunderstood the original conversation with the first CS rep (even though I had a screenshot and email transcript of the conversation!). I am an annual subscriber, and this will be my last year with FFF unless they somehow turn a miraculous corner with their selections and service.

They used to have excellent customer service but it’s gone downhill in the past year or so. But I recently realized the quality varies widely from rep to rep so if you can’t get an answer or a solution from one rep just end the chat and try again in a little while. Also in my experience the male representatives are much easier to work with and more willing to go the extra mile for you. I hate to say that but it’s very true in my personal experience.

Hey, yes you can get the bundle & not sign up for annual but you will get it at full price so $49.99, you can’t get the box for $39.99 plus the mystery bundle.
I signed up for the annual with the $200 mystery bundle a few weeks back but for that one you had to sign up for the annual.

I got the free gift bundle. It is a Moroccan Gold leave in hair mask, Grown Alchemist night cream, and a crystal bracelet. I have not received my box yet, but those were listed on my shipping notice. The night cream has a $125 retail value. So, that’s the “big” item.
