Another Tarte palette? I didn’t even use the one that came last time. Not interested in their generic shades that all look alike when applied. I’m gonna have to cancel. I don’t wanna pay for crap I don’t want. And I’m not interested in buying makeup just to “gift” it to someone else. I want stuff that I can actually use. Thanks but no, Boxy.

Anyone else thinking about cancelling Iuxe and getting premium and base instead. It would be 60$ instead of 50$ but you would get the glow recipe sleeping mask. Idk why they couldn’t just put the glow recipe in the luxe box??? 🤔😕 Because they want people to send 50 on luxe plus 35 on premium, I just dont want to spend 85$ !!!!! 😕

I got bumped up to Luxe this month.. AFTER I had chosen my base and Premium items. That’s so weird!
I chose the Tula Eye serum and the S’well bottles ( I have 2 accounts- actually 3, but I can’t find what email they are charging for the 3rd box).
I’ll like both products, I think. I drink Crystal Light like crazy at my pool, but usually in bottles that are wider and hold twice as much. This may fit in my PSMH swan glass holder from years ago- the funniest product they ever offered I think.

I am on the fence about cancelling. I wanted so badly to get the S’well bottle and I couldn’t get in at first and then it wasn’t a choice. I emailed them but they didn’t help me. I have about had it with Boxy

I’m SOOOOO glad to see that I’m not the only one beyond frustrated with them!!! I had unsubscribed a long time ago but when I saw the Pur Barbie spoiler 2 months ago I wanted it soooooo bad and decided to resub to all 3 tiers!! Ever since I did I’ve questioned why I did?!? Not only did I not get the Barbie palette….I didn’t get any of the eyeshadow palettes. Let me remind you there were 3….not 1…..not 2….but 3!!! I got all skincare products even though I said I don’t use them. Also they sent me a curling iron. I HAVE NATURALLY CURLY HAIR!!! But then I saw these spoilers and I’ve been wanting a swell bottle for the longest time so I was like I’ll wait around one more month before canceling so I can get that. As soon as it came time to choose it wouldn’t load. When it finally did the swell bottle was already gone and couldn’t even choose it!! I’m beyond aggravated!!! What makes me even madder is that they put the swell bottle in their pop up shop so it was gone from there too. Why are you gonna make one of the choices also a choice in the pop up shop as well so your inventory is automatically gone🙄. I COMPLETELY REGRET RESUBBING TO THIS!!

The intro Causebox has a Swell bottle in it.. If you don’t have that and if it is still available, it is only $24.95… If it is still on sale, it may be worth it to join just for that box.. It is very easy to unsub the box… Here is the link to that post about it.
I definitely understand being frustrated but why didn’t you just go buy the pur Barbie palette if that’s what you wanted? Not being a b**** just curious. I definitely hate when you want an item and not getting it….seems to happen a lot!

Cause if you look at the prices of the palette compared to the box the box comes out cheaper!! So why not get the box and get a product I really wanted plus extra items and a free gift for signing up. I didn’t realize I wouldn’t get anything I could use or I would have done that!

I canceled my Boxy Subscriptions after the May issues.. Their customer service are really rude people and act like you are laying and won’t do a thing to even try to make you happy.. I really should stop looking at the spoilers but I can’t help but want to see what I am missing out.. So far, its all meh for me and I am still happy I unsubbed.. I was getting all 3 of their boxes so they were getting a lot of my money each and every month and to be treated with such disrespect from a so called “cutomer service” I have put my money on the Causebox the last 2 months and have been more happy. 😀
The only boxes I get now is FabFitFun and Causebox.. I was getting.. Birchbox, ipsy, Sephora play, Boxycharm, Allure, PopSugar, Beautyfix, Julep, Glossybox and NewBeauty TestTube.. I am telling you.. It was getting expensive.. I find it so freeing to just have 2 boxes now. LOL

I had made both of my choices early, soon after it opened yesterday. The eye cream, and pillow case with eye mask. Apparently it didn’t save, so no pillow case for me I guess. They need to fix that glitch. I’m new to Boxy. I also felt frustrated that things I had added for the sale were available when I picked them, but out of stock when I went back to check out. They should allow you maybe 30 minutes or so to check out once you have items in your cart. Seems unfair.

Yeah, you have to be pretty quick with the pop-up. Get what you want up to free shipping, then quickly check-out and go back and rinse and repeat until you get mostly what you want. I was bummed the TF peach face was gone so fast. I had been struggling with the choice window and by the time I finally was able to make my choice, the TF face palette in the Pop-up store was gone. First thing sold out! >.<

First choice: Tula Glow & Get It Cooling & Brightening Eye Balm
Second choice: Osea Gua Sha Sculptor
Despite already having jade and rose quartz Gua Sha sculptors, I like the Osea brand, it’s a known brand compared to some of the others like Hallmart (WTH?), so had to go with that. The ones that I have are nicer, but now I can keep one in the refrigerator, one in the bedroom, and one in the living room to use while watching television. Wonderful lemonade out of lemons. 🙂

I always ended up liking one or two items in my luxe, which usually had the retail price add up to the price of the box or a bit more. But it was like getting a terrible mystery bundle every time and seeing other boxes that were fabulous. So, these seem like lovely choices and I hope you all get fabulous boxes, but I’m off this crazy boxy-train!!

I selected my choice items and saw the confirmation page where it says I will receive an email confirmation by the 15th. I then went back in because I forgot to take a screenshot. I selected the same 1st choice but when I got to the 2nd choice option, I realized that most were already gone including the one I had previously selected. I hurried up and hit the backspace until it took me back to the homescreen. Has anyone had this happen before? Will I still get my original choices or did they get. voided when I went in the second time?

It’s Boxycharm…They won’t honour your choice either way unless you have screenshots…So 🤷♀️ They’re seriously the worst. The hoops they make subscribers jump through to give them money is actually crazy.

The same thing happened to me. I took screenshots earlier when I was able to pick from both but that might not matter. Their customer service is known for a “sorry ‘bout your luck” kind of attitude. Plus I think there’s some small print somewhere that says your choices are not guaranteed so they’ll probably use that. Maybe our original choices didn’t change since we didn’t complete it. Hopefully. Good luck!

I emailed them lets see what happens if they said that they don’t see any choice like everytime that they tell me😒 then I will cancel my subscription. I am so over with boxy!!!!

I totally agree. Why do they offer choice if they don’t have enough of some items to full-fill orders? Very frustrating to see that choice is only between two items that are left. I completed my choice first thing this morning but I wasn’t sure if it “took” now what I originally selected is not available.

It makes me sad. I did not see the second choices. I was trying to get to the boxy popup and closed out of the screen. Now I can not go back and choose. They really have a way to do the choice better. Oh well. The choices were not that great to begin with.
I’m getting a broken link/404 even after trying the above link. So frustrating but thank you all for helping me at least get a page to load!

When in doubt, try another browser. Sometimes my most used browser just doesn’t want to work for certain things, yet a different one I never use works fine. Even when I clear cache and cookies in most used it still doesn’t work for the /insertcard for me for instance, but microsoft edge works fine for me. Just worth trying.

I get a landing page (thank you!) but then it takes me to a page that won’t load and a 504 error…anyone have tips to get past this? It’s happening on both my phone and my desktop so I don’t think it’s my computer.

I picked the eyebalm (no need for another mascara) and pillowcase/eye mask.
For my second item, I considered the water bottle, but realize I hardly use the 10 water bottles that I already own so decided the pillowcase would be most used by me from the items listed.
