Bespoke Post is a men’s subscription box that I've found is really great for anyone. They offer a new selection of curated boxes each month and allow you to choose the one you like best. The included items range from clothing to DIY kits, to lifestyle, to home and everything in between so that there is always something for everyone. This subscription was one of the first ones I lusted after when reading MSA long ago so I’m overjoyed to be reviewing it every month now!

This is a review of the "Parked" box which is still available.

My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

Bespoke Post "Parked" Review

This month's box came with a small info card that introduces the single item in the box I chose.

Kawartha Camp Chair in Grey - Retail Value $90.00 (currently on sale for $70)

This month, I couldn't resist snatching up this ripstop nylon and mesh camp chair that happened to be offered in my favorite color: grey! Last time I went camping with my friend Nicole, she brought two chairs since I didn't have one, so it's been at the top of my list of outdoor needs. This chair has an anodized aluminum frame that keeps it lightweight as well as a super easy build since everything is connected through elastic bands within the rods. It practically puts itself together once unfolded and all I have to do is make sure the pieces slide into place securely and to put the cloth seat over the frame. I've found that since the tension is tight, it's best to leave one of the longer back poles disjointed until the last moment so that it can be slid into place once the rest of the chair is assembled. Just like building a tent!

The chair collapses and fits into a storage bag that is (H) 14" x (W) 5” x (D) 5”. The velcro strap that holds all of the pieces together stays on the bottom crossbar when in use so it won't get lost.

A more experienced outdoorsman than I, our photographer Andy noted that the feature in the first photo above is a real gamechanger. Being able to thread the storage bag onto the frame of the chair means "no more hunting for the storage bag when its time to pack up". I'd have to agree! The other feature that I didn't realize until later is that there are two mesh storage pockets (one on each side) on the back of the chair in which I can store snacks, sunglasses, or my phone.

Greetings from my backyard! This chair is small but mighty and can handle up to 330 lbs.

Verdict: I'm pleased with my latest Bespoke Post choice since a camp chair has been on my wantlist for a while now and I got this $90 one at almost half of the retail price after shipping. The chair is comfortable, a breeze to assemble and pack up, and is ultra-lightweight. I also love how compact it is, so when packing up my car it won't take up very much space and can even fit easily into a backpack.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Yes! Parked is still available to choose as your next box.

Value Breakdown: For $48.95 ($45 + $3.95 shipping), I got the chair for almost 50% off the retail price for being a subscriber.

Great review! I had no idea about putting the bag on like that and can’t wait to try!

We have a different brand and I love them! We bought them for camping/backpacking but we use them for everything – they are perfect for bringing to music festivals.

Thinking about buying this for my brother. He’s a big guy. Do you think this chair would be COMFORTABLE for a 300lb man? Thanks!

Hmm- hard to say but it may be a little small seat-wise and low to the ground. I know Andy said he has a similar chair but his is taller since he’s over 6 ft tall.
