Why I love it: I enjoyed my Mosaic meals so much as an office lunch that I ordered more to have now that I'm working from home. I reordered all of my favorites and added some of their new options. The Miso Tempeh Bowl is still my favorite; it's a really filling meal and I just love the tempeh and the tangy miso sauce with crunchy almonds. Definitely a lunch to look forward to.

Why I love it: These snack balls were sweet, sticky, healthy, and delicious. I often make similar treats to enjoy throughout the week, so these poppers fit right in with our normal snacking habits. I will say if I could change one thing about them it would be to make them a little less sweet (I think my 1 year old daughter would actually agree because she didn't devour them as readily as she has with similar treats I've made), but they were still super enjoyable!

Why I love it: I mean, these are chocolate covered caramels and I have a horrible sweet tooth, but there was something about the bourbon that just made the flavor a bit more complex and delicious. Also they were easy to eat -- not too sticky and not hard on the dental work!

Why I love it: These chips are made mostly from beans, so they have a little protein! But what I really love is their texture - they're very crunchy. They have a very good flavor as well, and I think these would taste really amazing with my homemade salsa.

Why I love it: I absolutely adore pecans, and these sea salted ones are absolute perfection. They are sold by a small family pecan farm in Georgia and are extremely fresh, crisp, and perfectly salted! You can definitely tell the difference between these and baking pecans, as these taste like they were just plucked off the tree. I was eating these by the handfuls!
