YIKES! This seems really insensitive. I had a really awesome summer trip planned but of course that was cancelled, so giving me a passport case just kinda reminds me of this whole horrible thing. People are dieing and travel is completely banned so why would they give a passport cover? You think they would work with someone to maybe pause the passport cover for a couple boxes. I want a subscription box that doesn’t make me think of this, I have soo much family that works in the health industry and I get subsription boxes to distract me for a bit. Seems kinda tacky. Wish I could cancel, but I’m an annual member. BOO.

FFF is the only box that lets subscribers pick the first 3 options for free. You don’t like the passport holder? Wait for more spoilers or just don’t buy it. Simple as that.

Wow – so glad I cancelled as well. Are they serious with a passport case given the current situation- it seems so out of touch. And that bag seems super cheap – I guess it’s supposed to be packable for the flights we arent taking? whats next – metal straws?

Why do almost all summer boxes come with a towel , sunglasses, beach bag, sunscreen, some ice cream bowls, food container….well maybe it’s a mix of spring & summer. I am say this is just FFF but alot of subscription boxes.

A passport wallet when no one can travel? I don’t travel overseas anyway.

After five years subscribing, I am so glad I cancelled. I didn’t get any of my choices with the last box and the summer spoilers are disappointing during a global pandemic. I would have been more excited about hand sanitizer and a gift card to Grove Collaborative.

I cancelled too…Spoilers are horrible and I doubt it would get better…

Meh.. Still undecided on this box.. I don’t get the skip option either.. They charge you anyway and then next season do they charge you again for that current box? What happens with that charge on the skipped item.. Do you just use it for edit sales? I think if you are going to skip they shouldn’t get your money.. if you skip more than one box your money piles up. Strange.

Canceled now that I’ve seen the post of the upcoming choices. Not only that but by the time it was my turn to choose in the Spring box most of the items were not available. I can see that happening again and being stuck with something I really don’t want. I used to love FFF. I think perhaps they’ve run out of ideas for appealing products.

So when they sent out surveys. They didn’t care. Here’s one for you, here’s one for you, etc. They’re going to give us every item they asked us about regardless. This is such an easy pass. Soooooooo, bummed out, too. I was really looking forward to a much needed pick me up. I’m sure like everyone else. I know a lot of people didn’t like the last box but I loved it! ( oh, and I’m such a hypocrite, I said to try to be nice on another sub box thread, so I’ll admit it 😔☺️

A passport holder during a pandemic when we can’t travel internationally… cool. I think I’m going to skip this. I already am tightening my budget and this doesn’t make sense.

So I went to FFF website, just to look at their “skip” policy. Did I read it correctly?

I want to make sure that I read your article correctly. You want to charge me for something that I won’t receive? Really? Then offer me a credit of MY own money? Really?

I can’t be reading that correctly? I don’t want your next box. I don’t want to be charged. If my only option is for cancelling to decided what happens to MY money- then so be it.

So, is the bottom line, that they really want their money, whether or not I get the box? That is a lousy skip policy. So if I have to cancel to decide how to spend my money- then so be it.

JUST canceled. A passport holder during Covid-19?! Like anyone will be traveling internationally anytime soon. Seems like a sick kind of joke. I realize they probably pick the products way in advance, but it is still insulting.

I personally like Michael Kors – I don’t like the MK all over it (or branding all over any product) but I need a new passport holder for my second passport (dual citizen) and this works perfectly. Yes, there is a pandemic and it may not be useful for most people right now but I love it and will pick it in my box. As for the tote – heck no. That thing is ugly. Could get one for $5 at Walmart and tie one of my scarves from H&M on it. Pass.

Well if the options are the passport holder or the bag, I will be cranky. I don’t like or need either option. But I do understand that the negativity is high, but when you’ve paid for something you expect quality and items you will get use out of.

So glad these are not things we will all get! I sure will not be getting either of these! WTF is up with fff??? Instead of showing us absolute crap and convincing people to give up on them, show us something that will make us want to buy this box!! I have one friend who is done with fff. She didn’t get the last box and after this second spoiler, isn’t going to waste anymore time looking at fff. This is stupid! I almost didn’t pay for another full year and unless there are some serious changes, I’m done. I didn’t buy anything from the last two sales, so there’s not even that reason to stay.

I’m an annual subscriber, and I skipped the Spring box. Will I be able to skip Summer too?
