I signed up again using a new email to get this deal and got 3 items totaling about 50$. Free is free. Definitely not worth the 200$ as advertised, but a bonus none the less. They threw in 3 things from the summer 2020 editors box sale with my fall box.

I want to warn anyone. I clicked on a reactivate and you get $125 mystery bundle. First I did it but was only reactivated for one month. So I had to go into chat to ask what happened. I was told don’t worry we will change you to a yearly sub and you’ll get the $125 bundle. Ends up I was still charged for one seasonal then one yearly on top of that. So 5 seasons. I thought oh well I’m tired of arguing I’ll just take 5 seasons.
Then I do add one. Yay add ons. I see my bill today and 2 items I didnt order were on it. A foot lotion and a post work out set. ( deodorant without antiperspirant, a toner and an item I think is oil)
I go into chat and I’m told these items are my mystery bundle . Even though I show as being charged don’t worry you weren’t. Like I trust them now.
So my $125 mystery bundle is a foot cream listed as $9 charged to me and a post work out bundle $19 charged to me. So my $125 mystery bundle ends up being $28 of deodorant and foot cream.
Of course I was told that those are just sale prices and the original price equals $125. Hahahahaha. They think we are so stupid.
A quick google proved her wrong.
I demanded a full refund of all 5 seasons and add one. I was offered an extra mystery gift. I’m sure it would have been the $2 hair bobbles. I said no so they said how about a $15 credit for summer sale. So $15+$28 still doesnt equal $125.
I had screenshots of all items list price and the offer saying it would add up to 125. The BBB need to know about this scam.
I am done with FFF. Which sucks because I actually had some amazing add ons and really liked the items I was going to get in the box.
I demanded to speak to a supervisor and was promised a full refund and full cancellation. That was a good response. I had to fight hard for it but I felt scammed so I’d rather go without all items than settle for being scammed.
The price inflation has gotten to a ridiculous level. The post workout set I could only find as discontinued items. So my mystery bundle was how out dated???
Oh I was offered a $9 hair mask. No thanks you have me one a year ago in a box.

Thank you for posting this. I was just offered a $140 mystery bundle to reactivate my subscription. I almost did it but then thought it best to google the mystery bundle to see what it contains. Wow – I would have been furious to receive so little valued at $140. You have made my decision easier. Thanks

Omg, I read your message and it scared me so much that I actually reached out to fabfitfun to make sure that this wouldn’t happen to me too.
YOU’RE RIGHT!! I GOT THE FOOT MASK AND SOME GOLD FACE MASK AS MY “MYSTERY BUNDLE.” UGH.!
I’m absolutely infuriated! I’m speaking to their associate right now and they even had the guts to say “our bundles are usually valued at $125USD” to which I attached a screenshot of the promotion promising the ~$200~ mystery bundle.
They’re currently speaking to their supervisor, but wish me luck! I hope I get my money back too. I can’t even use the mask because I have sensitive skin/rosacea 🙁

I had to say that I was going to report them to the BBB and that I would post about this on MSA. Suddenly they could give me a refund. I received 3 refunds last night. The seasonal, the yearly and the add ons. If they say they cannot refund you , they can! Good luck!
I have rosacea too, it’s a bummer how many fun products we can’t use.

I upgraded to annual like two days before they started offering the mystery bundle, so I went to their Facebook page and messaged them about it. I told them I was disappointed (which I was) and they said they appreciated me as a customer and added the mystery bundle to my upcoming box.
I’m legit happy with their customer service. That’s pretty amazing!

I’m a sucker for a good deal! Just cancelled after Spring but am reactivating now with this deal! 🙂 If you live chat with them they will honor the deal even though it’s meant for new customers. At least that’s what they did for me.

I had to go through their live chat because even though i am not an active member they made me log in because i already had an account and the promo code was void. CSR said if i reactivated my annual membership that he would manually process the promotion on his end and i will receive both boxes

Cancelled my seasonal before the spring one, planning on not having it anymore.
Then this deal and the new spoilers showed all this wonderful skincare and I caved.
Anyone have a clue what the $200 bundle is?
Hoping I wont regret going annually with this when it’s been hit or miss for a year or so.

That’s the question. Been trying to scour through previous mystery bundles for clues but it seems so random. Stuff from recent boxes/edit-sales that didn’t sell out. And with some of their inflated RVs, $200 could easily mean 2-3 items, or it could be like their previously offered “silver” mystery box (“10 items worth $200”) which seems like it’d be a bunch of cheap stuff. You’d hope/think it’d be kind of curated because it’s kind of like a welcome bonus. Attached to a promo code, I’m guessing the mystery bonus is going to be the same or similar for everyone. So, to provide zero assistance in answering your question, we’re lookin at 2-10 of FFF-like items. We’ve both wasted our time now, myself in writing and you in reading.

I appreciate your perspective. You’re right, it may be either a couple ‘nicer’ products (which if they are up my alley, would be nice) or a large bundle of cheaper and honestly I cant tell what I’d prefer. I’m most likely to give away all of which I dont like anyway.

I reactivated earlier yesterday and reached out to them about adding it, which they did! I haven’t been active in about 2 years though so I’m not sure if that mattered.

I had one of those Facebook ads, from FFF. If you clicked to the site, through the ad, you get a free $125 mystery box if you renew for a year. I couldn’t find a code, it seems you have to click through their ad. I did a search, on facebook , for fabfitfun. You know how facebook taylors the ads to your searches lol. So then the ad popped up the next time I used facebook. Goodluck! If I see it again I’ll try to get a url
