The Everyday Sunglasses in Living Coral - Retail Value $75.00

I can appreciate the large size of these lenses in the cold weather since they cover more of my face. The clear plastic coral-colored frames are almost six inches across and two inches high, so I am well-blocked from the sun. Admittedly, we don't get a ton of sun here in Pittsburgh this time of year but it has its moments and when the snow comes, it can be blinding to drive in. The lenses are slightly mirrored and have a yellow finish to them on the outside but don't make things look that way. They have a subtle grey tint while looking out and make the oppressive sun easier to deal with. The frames are quite sturdy and can be handled slightly rough if needed. If I were a skier, these would be great on the slopes.

Here I am out in the chilly winter air, soaking up some rays.

Verdict: Shades Club sent me a new pair of sunnies that brightened up the snowy winter day with their coral frames. They did a good job blocking out the pockets of sun that came through as well my eyes from the cold wind.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? You may not get the same pair I received because of preferences. Feel free to reach out to their customer service if you want more info.

Eyewear is such a personal thing, I don’t see how these subs would work for most people. There’s such a variety in terms of both style and size. I mean, I have a big head and have a rather low key sense of style, so I’m not going to have use for a pair of pink or neon or metallic shades or anything made for a small head. Granted they have a no hassle return policy, but it seems like it would be so much easier to just try on a dozen pairs at a local mall

I bought My best friend a sub to one of these sunglass subs a few years ago. Each pair was comically large and it was a joke to see how large the next month would be. I cancelled And don’t think she ever wore one pair.

Just saying…. hope you have better luck if you subscribe.

$29 is too much for me for one surprise item that could be incredibly hit or miss. They don’t even offer a profile or let you pick a representative sample to indicate your preferences? And returns *are* a hassle, since they cost you time and attention to tracking whether the item arrived and you were credited.
