  1. Here’s the latest on my Oui Shop odyssey. Ashley mentioned the items I ordered from the shop (Bangle Up bracelets) would get to the OP warehouse last Friday, but now it appears they have not arrived yet. I understand that the company imports items from France, and I have no problems with the occasional delays and issues with the subscription box.
    However, the website does state that orders from the shop ship in 5 business days. One naturally assumes that Oui Please already has these items in stock, if they are being advertised as available. Evidently that is not the case. In truth, Oui Please opens itself to serious charges of false representation. They should not charge people’s credit cards until after the orders are shipped. This is a recipe for complete business disaster. How many credit card chargebacks and BBB claims are waiting to happen?! Jeez.

  3. Still debating about whether or not I should treat myself with this box but seeing that they are having tons of issues with shipping and responses I think I’m gonna pass on this one. Not worth it.

  4. I wish I could order this as a gift but with their delayed shipping I don’t think I’ll even get this box by February. Guess I’ll give it a few years to see if they improve.

      • Hmm. Shipping by Dec 20 is cutting it pretty close for Christmas arrival! Plus, last time I got an email saying my box had shipped, it didn’t actually ship until more than a month later. So will you actually be SHIPPING by 12/20, or just printing labels that will then ship much later? Kind of seems like you’re promising something you likely can’t fulfill.

        Buyer beware on this one, folks…I WOULD NOT count on these items as Christmas presents!!

        • Shipping BY Dec. 20th? Seems like another Christmas tragedy waiting to happen. It’s a shame I wanted to get my coworker this for Christmas but at this rate I wouldn’t be getting it for a while.

          • Don’t do it! Yep I made that mistake once (thinking I could gift items from my OP box for Christmas) and will never make it again. There’s nothing more frantic than rushing around at the last minute trying to find a holiday gift when the box you were promised would be there on time, isn’t. Sadly, Oui Please just isn’t reliable and I’ve been lied to on multiple occasions regarding status of my boxes and orders.

  6. Thank goodness I saw this before I bought the annual subscription, seemed like a really nice box but after reading a couple of comments on the other posts it seems like everyone is having the same issue with their poor service.

    • They do ship just not on time, this sub requires patience for sure. The boxes are lovely.

  8. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Shipping is constantly delayed for not days but for MONTHS. I would not recommend subscribing to them unless you want to wait 3-5 months and deal with their horrible service

  9. Buyer beware with this one. I was supposed to receive a refund for my unshipped boxes 3 weeks ago and still have not received it after filing a Better Business Bureau complaint. Their boxes are nice, IF you ever receive them.

    • Are you on Instagram? If so I’d message them on there, which usually gets a response. If it doesn’t get a response then I’d go with a public comment. That’s just unacceptable!
