This is the January 2020 spoiler but my email said that I had up until the 10th to make my box choices. Unfortunately I missed that email and so it’s past the 10th. If I don’t get this choice Box do we know when I will get instead?

Compared to other “luxury” home subscription boxes and their prices, and the fact that Globein provides fair wages to entrepreneurs throughout the world, this box is amazing. The curation just keeps getting better, and the add-ons are available at reasonable prices. Yes, sometimes one glass is a bummer, but a mate can usually be purchased from the Globein store. Overall, for unique, fair trade items, this box stands out among the best.

I was hoping I wouldn’t like these spoilers so I would be able to skip or cancel. I really love the folding tray though and have been wanting one. The vase and glass I will definitely use and the egg holder and hammer are weird but I am excited to play with them. Now, the question is, whether I renew for the usual 3 months or the full year and get the incentive hydrate box. Hmm…

i LOVE the tray. Nothing else appeals at all.

Yup! Not worth $50 just for a tray. I’d rather buy it cheaper then receive one egg dish and one glass. This box would appeal so much more to me if they sent pairs of glasses and such. I can’t imagine having a cabinet full of random glassware In all different sizes, shapes and colors.

LOL–you just described my glassware collection.

I had a really terrible experience with Globein–really bad website for starters, getting charged more than I should have, no phone # or chat option to contact them, they take forever to get back to you via email etc. I had to open a chargeback with my bank to get them to finqlly respond. That said these spoilers are amazing. I wish they had not been so difficult to deal with or I would be all over this.

Me too! They have lovely things, but the website is awful and customer serice lacking.

I had two issues that were resolved within a week each time (in the past few months). I was overcharged and I was missing an additional theme box in my add-on order. The initial response said it could take up to 4 days to hear back. I think it took a little longer, but only a day or two. Once I received an actual response from customer service my issues were resolved immediately.

I agree. I just canceled for the same reasons.

Oops, service!
