  1. Has anyone not received their 4.5 box? I emailed over a week ago and was told mine would ship out by Friday and have heard nothing since then. I am kicking myself that I got sucked into this subscription again. I should have heeded the warning in the review!

    • @SandySue, don’t despair — I would definitely reach out to Ashley again, explaining the situation. She should be able to give you an update. Despite the (very annoying) delays, I always received genuinely good customer service from OP. My box shipped on Friday, three weeks after the label was created, and was delivered yesterday — very quickly after it started moving, considering I’m in NYC. Too bad I’m away from my office for part of this week (I get the box delivered there) so I will only get it this Friday in the end…

      • I was just able to get my hands on the Fall box, and as promised here is an update! I got my top choice for the clutch (zebre), but the wrong bangle — I had picked the blush, but received the bangle with the pink triangles. It is still pretty and I did not feel very strongly about it to begin with, but I think the other one may have worked better for me. I have very small wrists, and the bangle fits, but I noticed that it’s hardly loose. That was a bit surprising, I’d imagine that it would not fit a lot of people. The plate (I picked the rooster) is actually much cuter and a bit larger than I thought. I’m keeping it in my office.The nut spread is tiny! Somehow in my mind (=stomach) I was envisioning a larger container LOL. I am also missing one face mask and the tea, and will email Ashley. All in all, a really nice box, despite the hiccups.

      • I take it back — I tried the bangle again today and it’s definitely loose around my (admittedly very small) wrist. I have my eyes on another one in the shop to create a stack…
        I hope all of you who were still waiting have received a tracking notice by now and will be pleased with your items!

      • I still have not received my shipping notice for the 4.5 box. Ashley did finally reply and said that the remaining boxes were being picked up in batches through Friday. So I will continue to stalk my Fed Ex account! If it wasn’t for all of the praise for the actual products (once received) I would have canceled my subscription by now. I wish they would have at least applied a discount to my renewal given how delayed this box is. This has been a very frustrating first experience with this company.

    • SandySue, I still have not received my box either. Ashley did get back to me yesterday, but it seems my order wasn’t properly processed on their end and my selections weren’t saved in their system. I was able to make new selections, but the color of bangle I originally picked was no longer an option. Now I am waiting for confirmation that my new selections were received and for my shipping status to be updated. I love the curation of this box, but this hasn’t been the best first experience with this sub! Here’s to hoping we get our boxes soon!!

      • I didn’t receive a shipping notice. I emailed yesterday and Ashley replied a few hours later with the tracking number. It was generated on 10/8, but I didn’t receive a notice. Hope that our items arrive soon!

    • I’m in the exact situation you’re in and was told same thing over a week ago…still no movement.

    • I asked for a full refund of 4.5 and 4.6, I ordered both as gifts and since 4.5 missed the boat I figured 4.6 likely wouldn’t be here by Christmas either. What’s the point of a beautiful box if 1) they don’t show up and 2) products are completely omitted and not replaced due to customs issues. This company has a lot of work to do, and weekly updates saying “it’s on the way this week” when it actually isn’t is tiresome.

  2. I ordered a sub again…the scarf spoiler got me. I used to have A LOT of problems with shipping; I am going to HOPE that it works out? I got a recurring monthly sub this time instead of an annual so I won’t have to stress so much. The goods are very nice, so I hope it has gotten a bit better.

  3. I just opened my 4.5 box and love it! I got the wrong bracelet but actually like the one they gave me. I just had a Madeline w the chocolate on my Paris plate and have the face mask on right now. Love love love the items once they arrive 🙂

    • I placed my order for the 4.5 box on 8/31 and still have not received the box or even a shipping notice! I understand there were some delays due to damaged products, but my payment for the 4.6 box is due in 6 days and I have yet to receive my first box 🙁 I am glad that you are enjoying what you received and I am still holding out hope that I will receive my shipping notice soon.

      • Still waiting for my box to move. I’m sure I’ll be super pleased when it gets here but I doubt it will get to me before the end of the month… It’s like the unicorn of boxes!!

      • I just got my shipping notice from FedEx a few minutes ago. Seems like the boxes are finally moving! I got the tracking on 10/5 but it’s just been sitting there!

      • Ashley sent me a nice personal note on Friday to let me know my box had finally been picked up — that’s such good customer service! — and soon after I got the update from Fedex. It should arrive on Wednesday. I won’t get it until Friday, because I use my work address and I’m out of the office part of next week, but will post an update after I open it…

      • I haven’t received my shipping notice yet either. I do agree the boxes are worth the wait, once they actually arrive, but I am impatient and want it all right now!

      • I’ve sent two emails to customer service- the last one earlier this week. The responses I got was they were shipping Friday. Checking today, my box has yet to move. I’m literally losing hope that it will actually come. The shipment label notification came on 10/5.

    • Kc don’t let everyone burst your bubble, it looked like a great box! I am stalking this one because they seem to curate the boxes nicely. I may fall for this one yet…
