I was subbed for a year, but my card rejected their attempt to renew for some reason, and I never bothered to follow up or renew, but with holidays approaching I wish I had. I’ve only tried a few of their products, which I really liked, but after only a few months into my sub I decided to let my allowance accrue so that I could get a bunch of candles for Christmas gifts. I have to say, the quality & scent of the candles were definitely on par with the quality of high-end/luxe candles. Everyone loved them, and I’m thinking of renewing my sub next year to do the same (although this time I may make up little beauty boxes of their products 🙂 ).

$59 is a bit pricey for an introductory “at cost” box of 4 items. I’ve used their mascara and while it could have just been an off batch, it flaked and clumped for me. I used it 4-5 times, the last being a few days ago, and chucked it into my recycle pile. I’m sure the other products are great, but for someone who has a 3 lifetime stockpile, it has to be an amazing deal/ innovative formula to have me bite. Looks like others on here are loving the products which is awesome but that’s just my 2¢.

The $59 is supposed to be a “discount” on the full retail price of the products one would have to pay if they weren’t subbed to purchase them at cost. I think that’s why they say it’s an introductory box for new customers to experience their bestsellers without needing a subscription. Their whole model is definitely a unique concept. 🙂

Liz, can we get MSA to review some of their products? It’d be fun to read a reviewer’s take on them and compare the quality of the products to other high-end/luxe products they’ve tried. 🙂

I have had a subscription for over a year. That japenfusion face cleanser is NO JOKE THE BEST! I love their skincare. I use it daily and my skin has never been this good. I have no complaints at all!

That’s a really nice cleanser. I use it, and so does my mom. I have very sensitive, combination skin, she has super dry skin and rosacea. I havent tried the other products.

I had this subscription for over a year and was not impressed with most of the products for the cost. I found lots of ingredients in their skincare that I avoid.

Agree with you. I subscribed for over a year, as soon as it was started, based upon her experience in the cosmetics industry. It is just my opinion, but the quality of the products just didn’t seem to keep pace as they grew as a company. I really liked almost everything that I purchased for several months, but to me, the last couple months were items that I simply could not use compared to items that I purchase and items received in other subscription boxes. Items were more like drugstore products…not that there is anything wrong with that, but I use much better products than I was receiving. For months, after I cancelled, I kept getting charged but did get refunded after a while since I had written proof of my cancellation timeline.

I have tried everything here, except for the vitamin C item, and thought all of the other items shown performed well.
