Try on the items in the box, and wear them as long as you’d like. From there, you have two choices. If you love any of the pieces enough to want to keep them, you can put your monthly “Shine Credit” towards your purchase.

Tess + Tricia Heart Charm Necklace – Listed Value $70.00, Member Price $67.00

This cute heart nailed some of my favorite jewelry trends: cute but still boho, simple, and layer-able. I like that it plays off of the super girly traditional heart charm look, but has been updated with a chunky chain and abstract detailing. My only gripe is that it is super lightweight. This is a personal preference but I find that weighty jewels feel more luxurious, especially around my neck.

ALEX AND ANI Blue Lotus Cuff Set – Listed Value $98.00, Member Price $94.00

These Egyptian-inspired stacking cuffs are really beautiful! They are also incredibly sturdy/weighty and are made in the US. Winning! I was a lot more in love with these than I expected and I think it is because they lend themselves so easily to mixing and matching with my other favorite pieces. I actually wore the two enameled cuffs out stacked with some of my vintage Southwestern silver cuffs and it transformed into a very Americana vibe. These miiiight be keepers!

Perry Street Julia Duster Earrings – Listed Value $60.00, Member Price $51.00

I am picky about jewelry and this was the one item I didn’t have on my wishlist. It was also the piece I didn’t like. I am so not a glam rhinestone and pearl girl! I do love a real freshwater pearl, but the ones in my collection are very imperfect in the best way or vintage. I always wear them with quirkier pieces to tone down the formality. These are far too “fancy” for me, though maybe on like New Year’s Eve? I do love the length, but these are an easy return!

The Verdict: Rocksbox was fun this month. Two out of three isn’t bad, especially since I can swap collections out so easily. The necklace was super cute, though it felt too lightweight for my tastes. I am really into the cuff bracelets and might keep them. They are too perfect for my jewelry vibes! I did not like the earrings at all, but that is the beauty of a rental service: I am not stuck with them!

            To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Every box is different and packed based on the customer’s tastes and what’s available at the time. You can, however, give the Rocksbox stylists a nudge by adding your favorite pieces to your wishlist!

Value Breakdown: Rocksbox membership costs $21.00 per month. At retail, the three pieces would cost me $212.00. With my Rocksbox discounts and the member pricing (including the buy-all-three-items discount, my $15 worth of Forever Credit that I have on my account, and the $21.00 of Shine Credit (the membership fee for the month, which goes towards your purchases), that price drops to $166.00.

I love natural/vegan beauty products, Korean skincare, unique jewelry, and weird candies from far away places. When I am not waiting for my next exciting box you can find me painting or taking photographs of interesting people. I never leave home without pug hair somewhere on my shirt and a bold lipstick on my smile.

            1. Does anyone know which shipping service they use for the the return shipment? Is it UPS, USPS, FedEx?

I have been pondering this one for a few years now and would very much like to do it but I live in a rural area and dropping off return shipments for every service is not so easy! Thanks in advance for the help!

              • Hey hey! It is the postal service. Hope that helps! 🙂

            2. There’s a reviewer’s address showing in the return label. I’d remove it or blur it.

              • Thank you Wendy! <3

            3. I have those Alex and Ani cuffs on my wishlist, and after reading your review I really want them now! They look beautiful on you. Thank you for another awesome review!

              • Thank you Jenny! I knew I would like them but I was surprised at how much I did. Let me know what you think. 🙂
