My box arrived today! After all that waiting, my shoes are waaaay too small for my feet. I even thought I was being safe by sizing up one. So bummed, but it’s not Oui Please’s fault. Ah well, you win some, you lose some. 🙁

Hi Mary! I thought my shoes were too small as well, but try wearing them around the house for a bit. They stretch and confirm to your feet pretty quickly 🙂

Bonjour Mary!
Please reach shoot me an email and I will gladly have a larger pair shipped to you 🙂

Thanks Ashley! Just sent you an email!

And Beth, thanks for letting me know that they stretch. I tried one again, but I can’t even get my heel into the shoe so I think I definitely need a larger size. But I appreciate the heads-up! 🙂

After that amazing Spring Box (it was my all time favorite EVER) I am disappointed with this box. I’m hoping that they will release a spoiler that will not make me regret my decision to invest in this sub box.

So far the bangle, the book and that plate are misses. I got a book in my last Sunday Riley box and I hated the entire box. I have a Barnes & Noble membership, I absolutely loathe receiving books 📚 in sub boxes and generally don’t like them as gifts.

I’m not sure that I understand the plate at all. It seems exactly like something I would expect to see in a tacky souvenir shop and having been to France 🇫🇷 several times, I don’t recall ever seeing anything like it at all. I like kitschy souvenirs and have a kitchen that borders a kitschy souvenir shop from places traveled, so I don’t hate the plate but this is supposed to be a $300 box and so far we’ve got cookies, a paperback, a bangle, a plate and a pair of face masks?

I’m impressed and hopeful after seeing Oui Please post on here and respond to individuals. I’ve not really seen other subs do this and this demonstrates that OP is going beyond on customer engagement. Even if the box turns out to be a complete miss for me, I think the fact they have been on MSA and interacting with MSA posts is pretty awesome!

Bonjour Nina!
We definitely have more products that will be featured in our French Start box. Stay tuned for additional spoilers coming very soon!

Hi Ashley (from Oui Please)—glad to see you on here! I loooved the most recent box!! I’m enjoying the spoilers so far. 😀The OP website says each box has $300 value, and I keep getting OP advertisements on my Instagram saying boxes have $330 value. So far the spoilers we’ve seen, while nice, add up to well under $200 in value. Hoping there will be additional items in the box that make it add up to the value that’s promised on the website and Insta…

Bonjour AH!
Oui! I can assure you more items will be added to the box, assuring the value of our box is over $300. We are super excited about the additional products and hope you will be too! 🙂

Awesome, I can’t wait!! Thanks so much for the response.

Mary

My tracking number finally showed some movement last night. Whoohoo!

More to come! 🙂

I have emailed Ashley several times with no response. Normally she is pretty quick to respond so not sure why I have not heard back. I also am still waiting for my June box. Wish we could get some kind of notification of when those of us still waiting can expect shipping.

Reply ButtonReply

Bonjour Connie!
I apologize if any of your emails have gone unanswered, however, I have no record of any recent contact from you. I will follow up with an email to further assist.

Lorina

Looks like we can still expect another $150 or so in value here? I am on tinterhooks!

Also haven’t received the June box – I think everyone who ordered non-neutral color espadrilles is having this problem. 🙁

Bonjour Lorina!
We appreciate your patience. If you wouldn’t mind sending me an email with your full name and I will check on your box.

Reply ButtonReply

Lori

I see that it is on the move now so thanks!

Allison

*sigh* Still waiting on my June box.

Reply ButtonReply

Bonjour Allison!
Please shoot me an email and I will gladly check on the status of your order. Thank you for your patience!

My label was created on 7/9, and still shows “pre-shipment”. I find it insincere to send an email saying “Your package has shipped” when it doesn’t actually ship for another month.

This hadn’t happened just once… it happens every single time, which is why you get so much push back from your subscribers. You would do better to be forthright, and send emails to inform us about a delay, rather than wait for us to contact you.

Frankie

OP confirmed that the box includes 1 dish, not 4. They also say they will release more spoilers (spoiler #7 is already on their website)… Fingers crossed! ☺️

Lisa

Wait, just a single dish!?!? Okay that’s just silly!! Why in the world would they do that? No one need a single dish that won’t match any other dish in their kitchen! That’s so disappointing!
