Prepare yourself for the worst customer service experience she will ever encounter. Good luck to everyone who has to deal with this company. Help other people out and contact the Better Business Bureau as well.

I hate that there is no surprise anymore. I skipped a week ago but I would of grabbed a mystery bag like that have had in the past that were cheaper then the 29 one but they didn’t have this time. I feel bad for FFF right now. It must be crazy in the office right now. I grabbed a BOS box for 50 instead and then cancelled that too. That box has already shipped which is sweet. Sooo excited for Popsugar. And Allure and all I am keeping a surprise except what I picked for Popsugar….

It’s a display issue and you WILL NOT be charged this amount. It’s gappened before and they fixed it before anyone was billed.

Customer service has explained no one will be charged that amount.

Really because there is people on the FFF forums who HAVE already been billed on their actual credit cards and WERE billed the doubled amount. I am so sick of this deceitful company.

Yikes, $24 + $9 does not equal $73… Gosh, I’ve been a FFF subscriber for almost 4 years and have defended them despite having customer service issues in the past, but if this isn’t sorted out and charged correctly I may be done. I haven’t gotten the confirmation email yet though, so we shall see.

The sale ended last night and I am being overcharged. I cant seem to email them or start a live chat. I am annual and do not owe for box this time It says my total is $100 I only spent $55 what do I do to keep them from billing me $100? I love fab fit fun products but this is the second time they have send me a bill that was higher than what it should be

You guys just made me go look. I should have had an add on total of $216 and it says I’m being charged $446. However, I haven’t actually gotten a receipt in my email inbox (which is unusual). So I’m assuming….or rather hoping…that it’s just yet another glitch in their system and they will sort it out.

Same here! There is something really hinky going on. By FFF math my $120 worth of add ins plus $10 extra customization item somehow equals $250. I am done with these people.

I am being overcharged as well! I went to chat and there were 44 people ahead of me. My add-ons came to a total of $99, I am being charged $198. I should be $99 plus whatever the box comes to (not sure of exact because of taxes) So, I’m being overcharged by around $50

I’m being overcharged too!! I was told I was getting a $48 credit from skipping my box, and that I could use it to pay for my Add Ons. This morning I checked and it wasn’t there. Now it says it’s a credit for $32?????? I’ve been trying to get answers but the person in the chat literally left after 15 mins of her “checking”. I’m so mad!!

I just dumped and cancelled all 3 of my accounts (2 teenage daughters) I’m sure there’s a ton to chose from in the 11th hour. I wasn’t crazy about the fall box, it wasn’t horrible. I loved a ton of the ad ons to the tune of $482.00 for all 3 accounts. Cant really justify spending that much when I am still waiting for the $218 I spent almost a month ago to finally ship. I canceled my subscriptions, changed my CC info to an old pre-paid Visa (fool me once Lola Beauty) I loved this subscription and I am so sad to see it slip so far. For those of you staying hopefully all these cancellations will help them not be so overwhelmed and get back on the ball.

I ended up canceling. I realized the addons are my favorite part, and considering there have been so many problems in the past, I thought it would be best to buy some of the things I wanted from Home Goods and Marshall’s instead

I really liked my add ons but I just emptied my cart and cancelled. This box is 100 percent not for me. The items in the last two boxes have been getting more and more away from things I like than I care to pay for. Then I would spend a ton on add ons and edit sales. Guess this saves me money 8 times a year now. 🙂

I dumped my 🛒. I have already skipped fall. My Edit Sale items didn’t ship, so I was refunded. Today I learned my Editors box from the shop is delayed, so I was refunded. But they are sending me return labels for the unshipped and cancelled orders? This is an all time low

In the add-ons they did have some teeth whitener kind of similar to the one they pulled. If they took the time to review or check that product. I don’t understand why they didn’t do the same for the one they pulled.

Aside from the CS problems, I don’t think this is very Fall… And they end up having so many costumizations that it’s not a fun, surprising box.
And it bugs me that the youtubers and influencers get first pick on add-ons when buying loyal costumers have to wait for scraps… :/

I can’t lie, I was more excited about my Add Ons then I was about the box. That’s why I chose to skip it. This fall box is SOOO boring! So I’m using the credit I got from skipping my box to pay for most of my Add Ons. In a way I’m getting the fall box I really wanted. I hope that they hear their subscribers and make winter box something that can revitalize the excitement we once had when it came to our boxes. Please make it seasonal, and please make it things we can’t pick up at Marshall’s.

That’s exactly what I did too! I had to renew my annul subscription early in order to skip the fall box, and then got $45 in credit and am able to shop fall Add Ons.

Wow, they’ve never given me $45 credit for an annual subscription.
They charged me for the current box, THEN started the annual box with the next season’s box.

I DO NOT plan to ever resubscribe, but I’m wowed that they finally stopped charging over $200 for subscribers who sign up for an annual subscription from a seasonal one.

I cancelled after the spring box, and have yet to see anything to pull me back. This box is awful! It looks like a bunch of left over junk that no one wants. Even add ons look lackluster. I find it so sad, because I loved FFF and participated in the forum daily. I want them to get their mojo back and succeed!!

Anyone else upset about the teeth whitening kit being pulled? It was really the only thing that I wanted. I know there are other ones in Add Ons but I would rather not pay more for it.

The one in the add ons can be purchased for $50 LESS online.
I was also really irritated about the whitener being pulled.
Quality going down. Items disappearing. Loyalty seems to go One Way…not re-subbing for a 4th year.

Maybe I’m in the minority here but this fall box just seems….sad. I used to love FFF and each season I’m less and less impressed. These just look like low quality, boring items and there’s no wow factor anymore. I cancelled last season and don’t plan to go back anytime soon.

I definitely don’t think you’re in the minority. Between all of their shipping and inventory issues and now a box that a lot of people find to be lackluster, FFF has had a ton of cancellations.

Their own forum is filled with people saying goodbye to their forum friends because they’re cancelling their subscriptions (you can’t participate in their forum unless you’re a subscriber). And many of those that aren’t cancelling are skipping this box. Some people are happy with it, but on the whole, it appears that there are an unusual number of people on various social media outlets who are very disappointed. .

Frustration with FFF appears to be at an all time high. Hopefully they can turn things around with the Winter box.

FYI they restocked some of the items that were sold out or people removed them from their carts or something. I was able to get the blackberry spongelle & the $5 cleansing sponge thing today!

It’s weird the Spongellé’s are still in stock, that NEVER has happened before. It’s either because of so many cancellations or they ordered a new batch of Spongellé’s and actually have a ton in stock. Actually, they almost always are out of stock on a majority of items but this time, they have almost everything. Weird weird weird

I believe things are definitely back in stock due to cancellations. I had two of those blueberry spongelles in my cart. Truly the only thing I was excited about getting. The box has no fall theme and all the items I don’t need. I chose things because I had to in a way. I liked my choices but I didn’t need what I chose. I decided to cancel last night and get my $$ back and I am moving onto a new box. Can’t say I’m sad about it. If winter wows me I may purchase but we will see. My two spongelles just might be what you picked up LOL. Regardless enjoy them 😊

Not restocked. People dumping from their carts. I snap up things I Know will sell out -research them-then if I can buy it for less somewhere else or it has meh reviews I dump them from my cart.
Went from $1,000 to $309. Unfortunately the Soongelles are a huge hit for my family-so I stock up for mine & my friends’ family!

Ii dumped my cart and canceled my sub like many others. Way too many problems, STILL waiting for edit box, way too many errors, no accountability.- just excuses. This fall box is a hodge podge of blah items, nothing I can’t live without, especially when many were in previous edit sales, add ones, other boxes, etc. so relieved to not have to WAIT for an order. Got an email my order was delayed a few days ago- did I want to cancel? Only a few hours later, they have already shipped my order- so the first email was a PR stunt. My summer box was a freebie that still didn’t compensate for their many errors and issues. I’d rather order from a reputable company with good customer service, not employees that have to have issues explained over and over to them because they don’t comprehend.
