I did not get the roll or the sun glasses. I was disappointed in that. But I like all the other items I received.

Their CS is usually very accommodating so
I would definitely ask why you didn’t receive either of the items.

I got different Jules smith earrings. Much smaller. As someone mentioned there were two necklaces. I was also sent the jewelry roll with mine but was not given a choice. Anyone know how we get to select?

Customer service is excellent on this box. Quick and personal replies. Not everything is my style, but I’d rather have a box with some misses and great customer care than vice versa

I just received the Bijoux mystery grab bag and the quality and value is excellent. I received necklaces and earrings that were stylish and well made.

This isn’t the full spoiler. There’s one more necklace: a really lovely lightweight matte silver chain with a very large genuine pearl on it. It’s very slinky and moves nicely with you as you walk. The pearls on both necklaces have really nice luster!

I loved when they included House of Harlow. I have so many pieces that I still wear and they still look amazing.

If they went back to that old way of curating I would sign back up. I went for about 6 months of bad jewelry with them. None of the pieces felt like substantial, well made, serious pieces. I think it’s a great box I just want pieces that will last for a long time. I’d love to see House of Harlow again, too!

What do you mean? The earrings that I got retail for $85 on the Jules Smith site and the necklaces are real pearls. My sunglasses are on the Sunglasses site for $50. Just the sunglasses cost more that the whole box. I love mine. This is an awesome box with great customer service.
