  1. nothing here for me..and I am so tired…tired of masks..looking for another new beauty box.

  2. Man I want to try Ritual but I literally like nothing else. I am on overload anyway but having FOMO with that lotion!

  3. I just let MSA know that there’s another new Lookfantastic Limited Edition box out right now called QIXI Limited Edition Box 2019. (I’m not sure who/what “QIXI” is or stands for. lol) Even though I know Liz is usually on it, I thought I’d still share it here since this post is still on the 1st page 🙂

    It’s $100, and includes:
    Elemis Pro-Collagen Advanced Eye Treatment
    Antipodes AURA Manuka Honey Mask
Antipodes Hosanna H2O Intensive Skin-Plumping Serum
    ESPA Soothing Body Oil
    Filorga Meso Mask
    Erno Laszlo Sea Mud Bar
    Christophe Robin Moisturising Hair Cream

You can find the box by just searching “QIXI” to see the contents 🙂

  4. Just canceled. Nothing exciting. All my subs except Ipsy glam and boxy have let me down for August. Save my money for Black Friday deals.

  5. I am bummed that there is no skincare this month. Usually if they include at least one skincare item it makes the box worth it to me. I won’t use any of this except the lotion so I hope I like it!

  6. The only think I like in this box is the Rituals body cream. I’ve decided to dip in and out of this subscription. I got last month’s and canceled after it shipped. MSA is great for sneak peeks. If I like the month I’ll subscribe and cancel after it ships. If I don’t like it I won’t subscribe. So I’ll play it by ear each month. It will save me from unwanted items.

  7. I personally can’t wait for summer to end and boxes to stop sending fake tan items 🙂 I am crossing my fingers I get the other variant. I am not really a highlighter type, but the box looks fine to me other than the tanning stuff. I can always gift the highlighter palette to one of my daughters if I don’t like the colors. So far I haven’t had a box from them that is a complete dud.

    • I agree about the fake tan stuff. First, I don’t use it. I tan naturally and am happy with that. But back in the days I did use it, I needed way more than a sub box would provide. It’s the same with vitamin samples. Why send me 1-7 days worth? It’s not enough for me to see results.

    • I totally agree!! I personally just got back from vacation and I had to list all my new foundations for sale.that I had bought for the summer because I got wayyyyy tooooo dark from the sun lol….I’ve never had a good experience with self tanning products. My complexion is medium in the winter and now it’s just DARK!! They will never be able to keep up with my tanning abilities or even show up on me. Maybe they work for others, but they are definitely not for me. Very time consuming too I think for not much of a result.

    • I love love love fake tan I use year round because my skin is thin and it hides my veins.

    • As a woman of a certain age with skin two shades darker than albino, I love getting self tanners. I (not) literally burst into flames like a vampire the minute I step into the sunlight without sun screen. Self tanners allow me to be five shades darker than an albino all year long!😁

      • LOL Oh I get it, I am so white I glow in the dark. My skin is translucent, my veins show through, my boyfriend jokes I am more blue than white. I am a ginger and have ginger skin, I don’t mind it, and I don’t try to cover it with tanning products.

I totally get why others want tanning products, they just aren’t my thing. To each their own and all that 😀

I don’t look forward to sub boxes assuming everyone wants to tan whether they have fair skin or dark. 🙂 No big deal, I toss them all in my give away box, I am just looking forward to the end of them coming in boxes.

  8. It looks like a great box for $20.50 Canadian all included.

  9. This is the first time in 3 years I haven’t liked a box. Plus the tanning stuff are repeats. But 1 bad box out 36 is pretty good

  10. I’m excited to try that Rituals body cream. I think that’s one of the very few varieties I’ve never received yet. lol It looks like it could be full-size too.

    • I’ve never tried that Ritual of Holi, either. Do you mind reporting back? I’m curious.

      • I’ll definitely try to remember to use some on my hands when I get it and report back. 🙂 I hope it smells good! It always seems to me that regardless of the scent that all Rituals body products always have the same underlying soft note to them that I like, so I’m sure I’ll like it. 🙂

      • Hi h! I’m not sure if you’ll see this, but I just wanted to share that I received my Lookfantastic box today, and I tried the Ritual lotion on my hands. I’m not the best at describing scents, but I’ll try 😉 It has that soft note that all Rituals lotions seem to have, and it has a very femme & bright scent, but yet with a note that I think is very common in a lot perfumes that I seem to come across like at Ulta or Sephora (Flower Bomb is coming to mind)…. that’s not a bad thing in my book, but it’s just not a unique scent to me. After it wore down, it actually smelled like the Rituals of Sakura lotions I just finished up, so I’m thinking it must be that common note that all Rituals products seem to have (at least to my nose) coming out. Overall, I do like it, and it’s medium weight texture that soaks in right away, and I look forward to using it after a shower. 🙂

    • The Rituals hand cream that was in the GlossyBox All I Want box was amazing! I ordered two more boxes when they had them as BOGO free just to get that hand cream and the serum.

      • Nice! I can’t recall the scent, but earlier this year I worked my way through the hand creams and body lotions I had of the Rituals scent that was included in a Rituals LE box from Glossybox from maybe last year. They smelled sooo beautiful, and the quality of the body cream made it feel so luxe to use. I think that’s why I think I’m really looking forward to trying the body cream in next month’s box. 🙂

      • When were the boxes bogo free?? I never knew this was an option? Where can I find it please??? Thanks

      • That serum is my new holy grail. I have 3 bottles squirreled away. $195 is insane!

    • It’s 3.3 oz, 100 ml. Same as a full-size available on Rituals website.
