I bought into their Spring box + extra bundle sale back in April, and I still haven’t received my box. Contacted CS, and they don’t know when it will ship out or even what will be in it since they ran out of inventory. So buyer beware, if you get this Summer box now, you might not get it until winter, and it probably won’t contain the items you signed up for.

Wow! That is unacceptable. Have you been on the Community Forum to address this? There are higher up staff members there that seem to take things into their own hands. I remember Katie as being one. There is a list i believe. Just use @ before their name and they will see it and respond.

There are so many members who paid May 17 and still don’t have their orders shipped yet, it is kind of shocking they are still offering coupons for new orders right now. They even shut down the shop until after the edit sale. There were also several people on the forum that reported yesterday being told by CS that FFF is halting all shipping until July 9 to switch warehouses. I don’t know if that is actually true or not, but the last few seasons including the edit sale have been such a shipping and inventory mess, just fyi order at your own risk. The summer edit sale is only a week away, I can’t imagine how they are going to handle it.

It has now been confirmed they have shut warehouse from June 24 to July 8. This is due to moving to new warehouse.

Anyone who has a box on order and has not seen it shipped yet, will not see it until july 9 minimum.

I am an annual with addons and my box has not been shipped. It shod have been shipped by June 17. I am angry.

I am right there with you. I am angry not only because my box hasn’t been shipped but because I also saw two refunds on my card days after shipment was supposed to occur. So, first my box is SUPER delayed then they run out of inventory?! What was the point of waiting and clicking all day & night?!?!

It’s not because they are moving to a new physical warehouse, it’s because they are switching to a new warehouse management system (software) to better track inventory and orders, etc.

I am one of this member who paid on May 17th. I have been fighting with customer service for a week now and all they do is apologize. She said they have millions of boxes to ship out so when I asked her to cancel my $300 order she said she would have to find my box first. This is horrible!!!! They only care about the money…. if they have so many boxes to worry about why would they do another bundle offer?! I’m done with this company. I’m taking my 10 family members that signed up with me too.

That’s a lie that they have to “find your box” first. By law at this point they must honor a desired refund. If you really want one then don’t take no for an answer. Try calling instead of chat if needed.

I was suppose to have a Tarte bundle as my mystery bundle, according to the packing slip but the items were not in my box. I emailed FFF…hopefully they will ship out.

Same for me….It showed a code for 2 tarte products as my mystery bundle…but they were not in the box…contacted fff support and they said that it should have arrived with the box and that they would go ahead and process a replacement which will again take 2 weeks….

Carly in the last promotion for a free bundle I got some weird watermelon sheet masks, a sleep mask and a set of essential oils that were in the spring box.
