Heart + Honey Queen Bee Box April 2019 Review
This month's Heart + Honey theme is "Elysian".
Let's just take a moment to admire this month's packaging. The theme is paradise, and as soon as you open the tissue paper you are hit with the scents of flowers and literal flowers themselves. Wow! As usual, Heart + Honey absolutely SLAYS the presentation.
Let's begin our journey through paradise with these two little bags...
Floral Smudge Wand
More flowers adorn this beautiful bundle of rose petals, lavender, sage, and cedar. This sub is all about a healthy emotional as well as physical sex life, so something like this makes perfect sense, especially in an Elysian themed month! Use this bundle to clear your most intimate and sacred spaces of negative energy and conflict. I love that this blend of herbs is known for attracting love (the rose petals especially), promoting peace and calm (lavender), and healing.
Abalone Smudging Shell
This was included to be used with the beautiful bundle above, but mine actually sits on my desk at work filled with my smaller pieces of minerals and crystals. It is so pretty in the sun! Abalone shells have the most spectacular colors and no two are alike.

Via Mercato Mini Soap, 1.7 oz - Retail Value $4.99
This soap smells like a wet garden and I am totally here for it! Made in Italy, this very moisturizing formula has shea butter, Italian olive oil, and coconut oil, making it very nourishing for your hands. Put it in a guest bathroom if you are feeling generous, or keep it all for yourself. The scent is perfect for spring.
Via Mercato Soap/Trinket Dish - Retail Value $5.99
This pretty glass dish can be used to hold the mini soap that came in this box or use it to collect your earrings, rings, or other sweet things. I like to keep a dish like this near every sink in my home because it is nice to have a little place to stash your jewelry without fear of it falling down the drain.
Via Mercato Candle, 8 oz. - Retail Value $17.99
This candle smells a little floral, a little sexy. It has notes of violets, magnolia, and amber. The amber is a great base for those other super flowery notes and gives it some sophistication. This is a 100% soy candle, meaning it has great burn time and burns very clean. It gets more and more potent the longer you burn it and filled my 15x18 foot living room with zero trouble. I like my candles very strong, so this was a winner for me.

I love that everything in this box is so well coordinated, as usual. These pretty matches make a perfect compliment to the candle and soap/trinket dish and the pink tips are too cute. I like that they are extra long so I don't burn myself lighting a candle that has burned down in its container!
Silhouette S13 Vibe - Retail Value $35.00
This box always sends a toy (or two!) and they are usually pretty unique. This waterproof, double-headed pink vibe can be used in a few different ways internally and externally. Both of those tips have their own motors too, so this vibe has a lot of power behind it. It is made of body safe, super soft silicone and is quite flexible. It has a total of 10 different speeds and patterns, so you can experiment and find the one you like the most. Variety is the spice of life, right? It comes with its own magnetic USB charging cord.
Verdict: Heart + Honey does it again. Another incredible curation and unboxing experience. This box is always so creative I can't stand it! The gorgeous scattering of flowers when you first open it totally scream spring and fit the Elysian theme perfectly. I love the assortment of Via Mercato items with their coordinating colors and garden of floral scents. The smudge wand and abalone shell were incredibly thoughtful additions that added to the entire package and enhanced the theme even further. This was a one toy box, but this vibe sure has a ton of features and its shape, flexibility, and vibe patterns should make it a new favorite in many collections. This box excels at delivering an incredible experience and elevating an adult box to a level of sophistication I have yet to see in any other subscription box. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experiment with their sexuality in a thoughtful and pampering way or to anyone who just enjoys spoiling themselves each month. Though I couldn't find specific retail values for the smudge wand and abalone shell, the other items add up to close to $70, which is around the cost of the box. Add in those items value's and the magical experience of just opening this bow, and I am pretty thrilled with it. Can't wait until next month.

Month-to-month subscriptions will renew on a monthly basis, and 3, 6, and 12 month subscriptions will renew in the correlating time frame. So for example, if you were to order a month-to-month subscription on the 12th of April, your first box will ship between the 1st-5th of May. Renewal will happen on the 15th of May.
