Bolzano Purse and Accessories Club Review + Deal – March 2019

I received that one in my January or February shipment, my mom liked it so I sent it to her.

I had been been happy with my bags, they are all good quality and the ones I gifted had been well receive.

Now I do feel the accessories has gone downhill, one of my first had Swarovski crystal and looks and feel good quality, but after that they had decrease the amount I received and the quality seems off.

I recently cancel (hoping CC did actually cancel my account) because I have too many bags, and well I was not happy with the accessories.

Overall, whoever packed my bags did follow my questionnaire, they all good quality, not sure if all are leather, seems you cant never know. The accessories went down, so I’ll save my $ on that.

I wasn’t happy with my bags at all. They do not match my style at all according to how I answered the questions. I complained after the first bag which was really stiff and CS via chat said that it was because bags have certain “profiles” so I should adjust my answers. I did but they sent another stiff bag, and it was black, just like the first one. I also didn’t get the watch so their answer was that I had to pre-pay for all 3 months up front. They asked if I wanted to go ahead and complete the 3 month payment so I could get the watch and I agreed, but they didn’t process it properly so I was charged a month at a time, and still no watch. The last purse was a sage green color which I like, but another stiff “profile” with a harsh chemical smell.
And don’t get the accessories (jewelry) as it’s cheap and childish. Out of 3 pairs of earrings and 3 necklaces I like 2.

I’ve been subbing for about 6 months now. I really like my purses, but I believe they have all been leather. I actually prefer vegan leather, pleather, vinyl…whatever you want to call it. I no longer purchase any apparel or accessories made from animal skin except these bags.

That said, I have only received one bag I don’t like. For me the attached “B” logo works great since it’s also my initial.

I did get this same bag, but mine is a deep orange and I LOVE it and get complements on it. I pack a LOT of stuff in my bag if there’s room and there have been bags whose straps have broken pretty quickly from the weight. These seem to be holding pretty tough.

I sort of wish I didn’t do the accessory add-on, because I haven’t really liked the tiny jewelry and I don’t wear scarves too often, but I keep hoping I’ll like something.

Overall, I switched to this from Ivory Clasp because Ivory Clasp was more $ and was getting truly boring, sending me identical bags in different colors every month. This is a bit of fun each month, and I use almost all the bags.

I like that the purse is big but not feeling the design. Scarf is very pretty. Necklace…not so much.

I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription because I’m not happy with the bags I’ve been receiving. I tried contacting customer service a few times by various methods. I finally had a response from Bolzano asking if there was any reason why I wanted to cancel. I answered them and thought they had sent through the cancellation. Apparently not because I’ve been charged again and again received a bag I don’t like. I’m still trying to get a response to email and messages but no luck yet.

I was a member for several months. All they ever sent were big leather bags, that were not my style. When the last one got here and I didn’t like it, I emailed their CS and they were nice. They offered a different bag, and sent it with packing to return the first one. When I got the new one, I didn’t like it either lol I boxed up both bags and put in it in the backseat to drop off at PO in the morning. Of course my car was broken into that night. They took everything, even my lipstick and balm I keep in there, which creepy and weird. I just gave up after that. I’m glad I did, since every review about them had, what I considered, ugly. No leather would have canceling anyway.

I finally canceled. They started with nice leather bags and have since sent vinyl. I complained several times and they finally sent two small leather bags for last month. This month, back to the fake stuff. Plus it has a horrible chemical smell. I didn’t receive any communication back from them when I emailed, so I hope I’m not billed again next month.

I’ve been having a problem with them getting back with me to cancel.

I subscribed on the 13th.

I still don’t having tracking or a handbag.

Their purses are good quality in my opinion. I haven’t had any issues with them and the zippers work well.

Their customer service could use improvement though. It was a major hassle to cancel when I just wanted a break for a few months to save money and was planning on coming back. But with all the issues I had, I doubt I will sign back up unless they go to the option to cancel online instead of emailing them.

Also when Bolzano started the huge draw was that it was all 100% leather bags. So that’s change now?

They ARE mainly a duty- free shop vendor. I had thought so, and the search terms ” duty free shops” plus the Bolzano brand name brought up a whole ton of info.
So, the Retail Price of the bag means nothing at all.
Just info some people might like to have if they resell their leather bags ( Balzano does send some leather bags).

When this subscription first launched, they said ” Leather bags” and I did get teeny tiny leather bags probably OK for a 12 year old girl. I cancelled really soon.

The packaging and so forth that my few bags were sent in before I cancelled screamed ” DUTY FREE SHOPS” to me. I could just see these boxed and tied purses being sold in one of the many duty free shops at international airport shops around the world.

I think that’s their main customer base, and the subscription deal is a completely afterthought. I’ve never seen the brand anywhere in the US for sale, but I don’t shop at TJ Maxx or those bag outlet types of stores either. ( They aren’t in my general shopping area).

My advice? Save up for the truly great, long lasting primo bags of your choice and budget. If it means a bag a year, then get a fab bag per year of YOUR CHOICE. 😉

I would rather save a little bit and buy a nice purse than buy from questionable brand with overinflated RV values.

Those gloves look ideal to add your own hand cream on your hands and “hand mask”. I appreciate the gel inside so the glove won’t absorb the lotions or creams and fit better than the plastic hand masks would and I could keep my dexterity and do things around the house if I wanted. Plus washable.

You never stated what material the purse is made of. I’m assuming not leather, and just something man made.
