How are they offering this box to new subscribers but can’t fulfill subscriber’s $10 option add ons??? Obviously they’re not sold out of those items.

Wow. I see so many complaints about FFF not rewarding loyal subscribers. A couple months ago, we just got a $20 add on credit for being part of the community. They also gave us a full size ExfoliKate and sale credit for purchasing a gift card that I was gonna use anyways. Hmmmmmm? I think they are doing ok in that category.

I’m thinking it will be items from the winter editors box but won’t bite for a mystery bundle. I’d have to know the contents.

How much do you wanna bet there is either Spongelle or Ahava (or both) in it? lol

Flora

I did get a full size Glamglow Waterburst in my winter edit box as my mystery item, so it’s possible to get something else 😉

Can anyone tell me if ExfoliKate is back in the add-ons too? Thanks!

I think my response went to the childish reply under a previous comment of mine, but it is in the add-on sale for $44!

Ashley

I see current members unhappy, but we just received an add-on credit for the winter add-ons of $20 for being active in the community. 🤷‍♀️

That credit was random, but, people seem to be forgetting that we got a full size Exfolikate and $10 add on credit for purchasing a $60 gift card in December (which could be used to purchase add ons). That was a pretty great perk! I am an annual member and I am still happy with them. I think some people are just really hard to make happy, especially when it comes to sub boxes. The market is saturated and people are expecting more and more. If it ever comes to the point where I don’t find joy in subs, I will cancel them. They are supposed to be fun!

I never knew about the gift card that was available to purchase, how did you find out about that? I definitely would have liked to purchase that!

Rachel

I didn’t get a credit and am active in the community and checked my email preferences and never receive emails from them. If it wasn’t for MSA I’d never know when to pick my items or about the edit sales.

How did you receive the credit?

Can someone please tell me if the Marajo shampoo/cleanser and treatment butter/conditioner are in the add-ons? Tia

SquirrelyGirl

Hi ya! I don’t see any Marajo products in the sale. Sorry!

Naddy

Hi All!
Does anyone know if you should see this as a line item in for order? I entered the code and it showed successful, but I see no indication that it was added to my order.
Thanks!

You should be good – that’s how their coupon system works – it won’t show up as a line item.

Naddy

Awesome. Thank you for clarifying!

Chelsea

With the inflated prices they advertise, I wonder what will be included.

What about any discounts for loyal subscribers? It would be nice to be rewarded with something like this for the people who’ve subbed for years.

Victoria

Totally agree. What I would love is a gift of some sort every FFF anniversary (or discount) that increases in value each year as a thank you for being a loyal subscriber.

Victoria

It is in the add-on sale for $44.

Maria

My thoughts exactly. I’ve been subscribed for around 4 years I believe. I did unsub once but resubbed before I’d even missed a month. 😄
I feel like whether you’re an annual or even seasonal, once you’ve been subbed for a year or 2 years at most, you should automatically get rewarded with something like this. Unfortunately so many businesses of all types value new customers over long term loyal ones.

I think this will be my last box though. My annual is up after this and I doubt I’ll renew. It’s always a great value but for some time the items from my boxes just don’t get used, especially the last few, including this one honestly. The only things that even appeal to me are the picnic set and the necklace. I don’t “need” either of those though, and there’s still a chance I might not ever use them.

My biggest reason for staying on again this past year was for the add-on and edit sales. I’ve always gotten such amazing deals. But honestly I haven’t even used all of those items either. I’m just a sucker for a deep discount and a bit of a shopping addict in general (especially sub boxes). Fortunately for my bank account, most of the items are no longer marked down so low anymore. They’re definitely still have great prices, especially if you’re stocking up in things you already love and routinely purchase anyway. Since I’m always trying new beauty products and haven’t found any HG’s yet I think I can resist the new prices. Of course you never know. I might see the Summer spoilers and get reeled back in. 😁

Same here! Been a customer since their first year. I loved it back then. Now…I was staying for their add ons , but since the price increases, I no longer feel like they’re the best deals in the world. This will be my last box.

Shai

Exactly!!!

So sad. I just resubbed and upgraded to annual, I got a lousy $10 credit for addons. This would have been a real boon. Oh well…
