  1. I decided to go with the backpack, sleeping facial, mystery item, Surprise Me for the water bottle – setting powder – necklace (because I’m not entirely sold on any of those and would love to hear people’s pros and cons), and face cleanser.

The water bottle is annoying because it is hand-wash only, but I could REALLY use it. I’m not sure how often I’d use the setting powder…I’d need to buy a brush for it; although, I’m at Target enough times each week they should just put me on the payroll. The necklace is pretty and just my style, but I just bought myself a Kendra Scott necklace and I’m not a different jewelry each day kind of lady.

    • Just wanted to chime in about the water bottle – I’ve been using a metal water bottle for years now and absolutely love it however, I will only use it for water because I have found that other beverages both hot and cold eventually seem to leave a lingering taste after awhile on anything metal no matter how diligent you are about cleaning, which as you know has to be done by hand anyway. But because I only use it for water now that effectively eliminates the need for a lot of washing and I pretty much just rinse it out and leave it with the cap off until I fill it again the next day. I probably rinse it with hot water and soap about once a week, usually when I’m cleaning other pots and things I don’t put in the dishwasher. Basically if you are looking for just a water bottle I highly recommend getting the Swell but if you had your heart set on something to use for different beverages I would probably pick something else! Btw if anyone happens to be curious for beverages other than water I highly recommend glass for cold drinks and ceramic for hot ones (ceramic also works for cold but is harder to find with a straw/top option!)

      • I’ve been using a Contigo metal water bottle that looks similar to the s’ip (simple screw on lid, no fancy spouts, easy to clean) for years now for all sorts of stuff (lemon water, hot chocolate, coffee, various alcohols) and it hasn’t developed any lingering taste or smell, even just washing by hand with soap and water, no bleach. I’ve even left drinks in there for weeks and it smelled clean after I got around to cleaning it. So, I wouldn’t say you have to stick to only water. Other water bottles I’ve used have eventually gotten irrevocably funky, though, even ones I’ve used only for water, so I’m not certain what the determining factors of funk vs. not funk would be.

        • Love Contigo bottles! I’ve used several of their styles over the years for both hot & cold & they are by far my favorite. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

      • Stainless steel bottles retain zero flavor or odor when clean. Simply rinsing will eliminate every trace odor, as long as no solids have been left to stick to the inside.

    • We have several swell bottles just like this (two girls, lots of fff add ons) and I always wash them in the dishwasher. I’m old, and I decided if it couldn’t survive the dishwasher, I don’t need it. They’ve all held up fine, although some of the older ones have lost some paint. As far as lingering orders, I don’t know. Girls only drink water with them. Hope this helps.

      • You sound like me! I don’t separate my whites and darks, don’t patch test new skincare and don’t toss makeup after the expiration date! Lol I like to live on the wild side!

        • 😂👍❣

        • I can definitely relate! Lol

    • I received a small Ciate powder from Ipsy and I love it. I have dark circles and this really seems to help lighten the area. It really is a nice, finely milled powder.

      • Same here, it’s a very good setting powder for the under eye.

    • I have the original s’well bottle, I’ve used it for three years and put water and tea in it and it’s been great. It’s my favorite and I own all kinds of beverage containers from many brands.

    • Just a heads up about the face wash- I read a lot of reviews about a strong fragrance. Personally, my face can’t handle anything with added fragrance, and I get headaches sometimes from scented skin care. Just wanted to throw that out there in case you were fragrance sensitive like me:)

      • Thanks! Was seriously considering the face wash but I am super sensitive to scent as well. Thanks for the heads up!

    • Yeah, I’ve given away every water bottle that has come in these subscription boxes simply because they are so small. 15 ounces is nothing. You can pick up a 2-pack of ThermoFlasks from Costco for like…$15 bucks right now? I got a 2 pack of 40 ounce ones for that price. Keep cold for 24 and hot for 12. I just don’t know how people run around with 15 ounce water bottles. That’s like two slurps for me.

  2. I got both pair of sunglasses! Excited for these. I make my living driving and like having a few different pairs to switch.

    • I’ll give it another month. Honestly I didn’t want any of the choices. I overslept (her bc I work full time) and literally nothing left worth adding on.

For me the wow factor is exponentially declining….. ☹️

  3. My choices..
Diffuser plus Bag ( Wonder if I can use my BPAL in the diffuser?)
    Aviators + Korres
    Mystery
    Tula
    Necklace
Add on Waterproof camera. Its cute and will come in handy snorkeling!

    • Waterproof camera? How did I miss that? Under which subcategory is it listed?

      • You can find it in the Garden Party tab for the add-ons!

        • Oh wow…cute! I can’t believe I missed that! Thanks SO SO much! 🙂

        • What garden party tab?

          • After you click on the add-ons link/tab at the top left of your screen you can click on the garden party link/tab

    • I had the same thought about using BPAL in the diffuser! It’s always fun to randomly run into another BPAL-er! 🙂

      • What is BPAL??? Just curious. 🙂

        • Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab. They make neat perfume oil blends. I wouldn’t diffuse then, but they’re cool.

        • black phoenix alchemy lab. Best scented oils ever…

    • I have never used my BPAL in the diffuser…never thought to. Now, i forget what carrier oil they use, so im not sure it would be safe (in terms of not compromising the diffuser itself) because i know are only supposed to use essential oils in them otherwise it gums them up and they break. Would be a good way to get rid of some of the BPAL hoard though 😉

      • Usually oils mixed with carrier oils are intended for use on the body not for diffusers as they can clog them up…diffuser oils are 100% essential oils

      • As someone else mentioned, for standard diffusers you definitely want to stick to pure essential oils or blends. Generally speaking carrier oils are MUCH thicker/ heavier & will inevitably clog the diffuser, often irrecoverably.
All of that said, thanks for (unintentionally) introducing me to BPAL. I was curious & looked them up & was/ am very intrigued. I love “discovering” new (to me) smaller cruelty free brands & can’t wait to check them out!

  4. I would love any and all of these options! Oh my heavens this box is the best!!!

  5. As someone that is very precise with my baking, I just noticed in the photos that the teaspoons have raised handles, making it harder to even out what’s in the actual spoon, if that makes any sense. Not being able to go in the dishwasher stinks, but this is what makes that item a complete dealbreaker for me.

    • Thank you! In my usual FFF rushed flurry I didn’t even notice, but those two “features” make them a whole lot less appealing. I soooo appreciate you taking the time investigate and share your findings. Thanks!

      • Agreed! Victoria, thanks for the heads-up on the spoons. I decided to change my selection.

        • Same here. Thanks for keeping me from wasting one of my choices!

    • I have one really good stainless steel set I use and four other dollar store sets that I’ve been given as stocking stuffers that I also use all the time and are almost as good. I can throw all of them in the dishwasher. It’s insane to not be able to throw a measuring spoon in the dishwasher. Raised handles are crazy- especially for measuring stuff for baking. And where is the 1/8th spoon? I can’t believe how much these spoons bother me. I just want to run into Giada and ask her what she was thinking when she okayed these. I cook a lot every day and these just would not do.

      • I almost got the spoons too but changed after seeing the care instructions. I have a set of Giada’s measuring spoons from Target. They also don’t have the 1/8 spoon…so annoying. Overall, I’m pleased with this box.

        • I agree the care instructions are too ridiculous!

I bake/cook a ton and I literally never use the 1/8. I feel if a recipe calls for 1/8 I just put in a pinch or so.

      • I couldn’t agree more!! To largely repeat your frustrations, as someone who bakes a decent amount there is SO much wrong with them. First and foremost, of course, is the fact that the handles aren’t flush, which is the first thing I look for when purchasing measuring spoons – or cups – for myself or anyone else. Handles not being flush on measuring spoons – or cups – is a deal breaker for anyone who cares about accurate measurements as it doesn’t allow for proper leveling, not to mention that being poorly constructed in that way is often an indicator of poor quality overall (as better quality tools will be made correctly). And yes, a set of four is NOT sufficient. A quality set of measuring spoons should have at least five spoons & preferably six (T, t, 1/2t, 1/3t, 1/4t, 1/8t); anyone wanting to do more than the most basic baking will find anything less to be impractical & frustrating. All of which is to say that, unless they’re being used more as kitchen decor than as an actual baking tool I would never choose or recommend this particular set.
It’s such a shame b/c I love the IDEA of having a QUALITY set of measuring spoons as a box selection but for several reasons this one is anything but.
I do also think it bothers me even more given that they are being sold under the brand of someone who built her name & career on showing people to cook & bake; it’s such a clear – and sad – example of capitalizing on one’s name & success without caring one bit about the quality of what is being sold.
But anyhoo…I’m not one to be negative for negativity sake but would hate for people to get them & then be frustrated…something I think would be quite likely.

        • Well, you said it better than I did!!! 🙂 Yeah, the fact that she profits off people trusting her to be some solid chef and then saying this set of measuring spoons is acceptable is just irritating. It just shows she wasn’t involved at all. When dollar store measuring spoons are better than what you are shilling for $$, there is a serious problem and she should be ashamed. I mean, look how scraped up they are just straight out of the box….I bet they bend really easily, too.

    • I looked and saw that about the handles too. That makes leveling out ingredients impossible which defeats the entire purpose of being measuring spoons imo.

    • Ugh. Didn’t see the dishwasher part. Thanks for pointing that out.

    • Exactly!! That was the first thing I noticed, as the first thing I’d ever look for when purchasing measuring spoons – or cups – for myself or anyone else. Handles not being flush on measuring spoons – or cups – is a deal breaker for anyone who cares about accurate measurements as it doesn’t allow for proper leveling, not to mention that being poorly constructed in that way is often an indicator of poor quality overall (as better quality tools will be made correctly). Additionally, a quality set of measuring spoons should have at least five spoons & preferably six (T, t, 1/2t, 1/3t, 1/4t, 1/8t); anyone wanting to do more than the most basic baking will find anything less to be impractical & frustrating. All of which is to say that, unless they’re being used more as kitchen decor than as an actual baking tool I’d highly recommend against this particular set.
It’s such a shame b/c I love the IDEA of having a QUALITY set of measuring spoons as a box selection but for several reasons this one is anything but.
I’m someone who only picks up a box when it truly appeals to me & this one just doesn’t do it for me. I do like the Cat Eye glasses but so many of the other items are nos for me, either b/c of color (backpack & robe), quality/ style/ size (spoons, necklace, bottle, diffuser), or the fact that they aren’t cruelty free (Korres, brush) so it’s an easy call for me to sit this box out.

  6. I think I’m getting too old for this box or I have too many substitution boxes. My annual membership ends after this box and I’m not going to renew.

    • I did not renew mine. I looked at these items, which are very good and useful, and asked myself DO I REALLY NEED IT? The answer was NO.
BTW korres cream I saw at TJM for $14, which I am going to get instead of box of things that just going to pile up without use.

      • People seem to find a lot of good deals at TJ Maxx. I’ve never been. What am I missing?

        • There is a lot of good discounted high end skin care. Look at FFF community, there is thread dedicated specifically to TJM and Marchalls finds.

          • Haha, just came from there, great thread, looks like many incredible finds. Thank you!

        • Unfortunately, I live very near a TJ Maxx and go too often for discounted skincare. I recently purchased a Goop Invincible Setting Powder SPF 45 for $5 instead of the $30 at Sephora and it still had a year to expiration. If you sign up for emails sometimes they send you free shipping codes. Also, if you don’t like your item, you can return/exchange in stores.

      • Be careful at TJM. I definitely buy skincare items there, but I’m a fan of Korres, bought a few things on different occasions and they smelled bad. Unfortunately some people open them and then they get damaged. Or, they’ve been there too long. They no longer have expiration dates on their products, so it makes it more difficult to buy at TJM. I chose that cream as well!

    • Same here. Most of the stuff we got in boxes were either given away or not used. Most of the stuff is not worth the price they advertise. Make sure you cancel your subscription or else it will auto renew.

  7. This box doesn’t have an excitement factor for me, but it hits on a lot of items I need so I’m still really pleased with it! I’m going backpack (and added the robe – I might remove it, but it’s so pretty and way nicer to wander the house in than a towel, my usual go-to!), Korres (cos practical), mystery item (because scented lotions are bad for tattoos), necklace (for work), and dry brush (because jump ropes are $5 and I’m set for face cleaner).

Overall, I’d have loved to see something…weirder, I guess? Something that made me say “wow, I wouldn’t have bought this but I’m so excited to own it” – more home, clothing, or fitness stuff, I guess, instead of skincare? But I’m always excited about FFF, just overthinking. XD

  8. This is the first box where I truly do not want any of the items. I just chose the least worse, if that makes sense. I guess I am over the sub. box thing…

    • I agree! Not impressed with this box at all.

    • There’s a skip this box option if you’re an annual member

      • The skip option isn’t available to ALL annuals yet. Just annuals that have been with FFF a least 2 years. Just heads up if any one didn’t already know

        • Wow. I think I’m happy with this box but I didn’t know about the option and it’s great to keep in my back pocket!

      • Damn, I’ve been a member forever but only annual for one year. I would definitely skip this box if I had the option. Maybe I’ll try emailing them. Liz, do you know anything about this?

        • Its my understanding that some seasonals are able to skip as well. They’re JUST rolling out this new feature. Worthy of contacting FFF customer service to inquire if you really want to skip this box before being billed

          • Regardless you can always just cancel before the billing date & then resubscribe whenever; there’s absolutely no disadvantage to doing so. I’ve been doing that for years – only getting half of the boxes, if that – and have never had a problem.

    • I agree. I was hoping for a wow factor with this 3rd spoiler because I didn’t get it from the first 2 but it’s not there. I cancelled.

  9. Robe
    Aviators
    Korres
    Mystery item
    S’well
    Body scrubber
So excited! Great way to start my Spring!

  10. Diffuser
    Korres
    Mystery Choice
    Water Bottle
    Tula

    Excited!!

  11. What happened to the exfoliating cubes? Did anyone see them?

    • Maybe they will be one of the other items that everyone gets?

      • Or the cubes could be the mystery item option.

        • Where did the cubes thing come from? I missed that so this is random to me.

          • A while back there was a survey post on MSA about what possible future FFF items people would prefer – exfoliating cubes were one of the options in the survey, but they said that the items in the survey were not necessarily spoilers, just items FFF was considering. Wouldn’t be surprised if the cubes were also featured in this box/ as a mystery item, or featured in a future box. Could just as easily never be in an FFF box at all though. I didn’t tally up responses to the old survey post but if not many people selected the cubes, FFF would have no reason to put them in.

  12. I chose:
    – measuring spoons
    – My Girl sunglasses
    – robe
    – setting powder (I received a mini of this from ipsy and loved it)
    – jump rope

I’m really looking forward to seeing the rest of the items. So far, I’m pretty happy.

  13. I hope the things I want are still there Saturday when I can pick, since there are some nice items. I unfortunately can’t use the sunglasses because I have prescription glasses, and can’t use the jump rope because I have a knee disability which means I cannot jump. This is my first box. Does anyone know how often all the stuff gets picked over before the seasonal people can pick? I’d be disappointed if I can’t customize anything at all.

    • Honestly, I think that there will be enough customizations in stock for everybody. It would be really awful if they did not have sufficient stock for all members to customize. It would give FFF a bad rap in my opinion.

    • You will always be able to customize the first item, however, if you want a second item, that is not always available. Also as a seasonal, you will not be able to choose to customize on the jump rope selection, that is annual only.

      • Thank you for clarifying and taking the time to respond. I appreciate you sharing your past experiences! I will deal if I get the jump rope, I just actually like and could use the other options which would of course be my preference 🙂

        • I don’t know if this will work or not – I feel like it did help me with my first couple boxes before I went Annual, it’s probably also based on availability – but you should go into your profile and tweak your ‘Like, Love’ etc. selections based on what’s coming in this box that you want/don’t want. Just a suggestion.

          • I’ll try that, thank you 🙂

        • When I first signed up, we couldn’t select items. I’m allergic to gold, I mentioned it in my survey thing, and directly to them. Next thing I know for a year all the boxes had something gold in them. Just let them know if you can, in advance, i can’t jump either due to my bad back, so i understand where you’re coming from! If you do end up getting the jump rope, just call them as soon as you receive the box. Don’t wait! If you wait they may run out of the other items to replace it with. Hoping you don’t get it!

    • When I was a seasonal subscriber everything tended to be available the first day or two, just not always available as an extra for $10. If you customize the first day it opens for you, you should be able to get what you want. Good luck 🙂

      • Thanks for sharing!

    • Customization actually opened TODAY for all members, not tomorrow. Just an FYI

  14. – Robe
    – Cat eye sunglasses
    – Necklace
    – Detox brush
    – Mystery item

  15. Ugh, I’m not an annual subscriber and have a feeling I’m going to get stuck with that jump rope.

    • Agreed, and I am disabled in my knee so I really really can’t use it. I liked the look of past boxes because they had fitness stuff I could actually use, but jumping is certainly out of the question for me. I hope I don’t get it too, or if I do, if they will take pity on me and allow me to change it. This is my first seasonal box and it’s just my luck that they just started allowing more people to customize before I can. Oh well…

    • If it makes you feel better I chose it, so one less person to have to deal with 🙂

    • Same! My husband is a personal trainer and we have everything imaginable in the house, including at least 10 different types of jump ropes. I’d be okay with either of the other options….so obviously I’m getting the jump rope (and the setting powder for customization 4) 😂

      • I am a recovering Crossfitter. I have way too many jump ropes. Longer, shorter, weighted, thin.. depending on where I was in my progression to double unders.

  16. FYI…Prop 65 Warning on the suglasses…so they are a “no” from me.

    • What is prop 65?

      • It’s California proposition 65 that requires notices on many many things that “the product contains chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer or birth defects.” The requirement for the warning is so broad that almost everything gets a warning label. The warnings are so ubiquitous that most people I know ignore them as they are pretty useless in actually notifying of true potential harm.

        • Yep!

        • Couldn’t agree more… 🙂
The warning’s almost everywhere that I unconsciously ignore it whenever I saw it. 😀

          • Exactly😅 Californians are immune to this labels “prop 65”. They are found almost every where we eat, drink, use or touch. From the restaurants, coffee, beach, theme parks, cosmetics to medical supplies ect. Basically everything you buy in Cali has this. If we follow all this completely, might as well live in the bubble and not eat, drink or touch anything.

        • I love how buildings have the warnings too….guess I can’t shop, go to work, get medical treatment, etc.

        • Glasses and sunglasses may display the Prop 65 warning because of the Bisphenol-A (BpA) found in polycarbonate lenses. Bisphenol-A (BpA) is a starting material in the manufacture of polycarbonate, so there are trace amounts of BpA found in those lenses. Common consumer goods, such as water bottles and the coatings on the inside of many food and beverages are made with BpA.

So why not just a buy a pair that don’t have BpA???

      • Prop 65 is proposition 65 and is a California state law. I don’t live there so I don’t want to misquote or leave anything important out but you can google it.

    • Starbucks has this warning too 🙂

    • Agree!!
“Glasses and sunglasses may display the Prop 65 warning because of the Bisphenol-A (BpA) found in polycarbonate lenses. Common consumer goods, such as water bottles and the coatings on the inside of many food and beverages are made with BpA.
So…why not buy a pair that doesn’t have BpA???

    • I agree- the warning is there for a reason. These glassses have BpA in them. You really want that on your face? Just as easy to purchase a pair that doesn’t have a chemical warning attached to them.

  17. Liz, are those measuring cups chipped, like the paint off? It looks like it in a couple spots.

    • *spoons

    • I was going to get them, but I once bought copper plated tongs and by my second time using them they were peeling and they look really bad now. That’s my concern with these also.

    • As someone who does a bit of baking I definitely wouldn’t recommend them. I’m not sure if they’re chipped – if so that’s yet another concern, as any additional chipping could easily get into food without you realizing – but there are several other reasons why they aren’t a good set of spoons. First the handles aren’t flush with the actual measurement portion – the first thing I look for when purchasing measuring spoons – or cups – for myself or anyone else.
I’m not one to be negative for negativity sake but would hate for people to get them & be disappointed after the fact…something I think would be quite likely for many.
      Hope the info helps!

  18. I chose:

-Robe (don’t really like the pattern but I already have a diffuser and I don’t like the backpack)
    -Measuring spoons
    -Water bottle
    -Detox brush

A little underwhelmed but hopefully the other 3 items are good.

    • Oops! Cat eye sunglasses too.

  19. Does the box for the measuring spoons say “hand wash only” in the fine print? If so, that is a total deal breaker for me!

    • Yes, I believe so.

    • As someone who bakes a decent amount there are several other reasons I’d recommend against them. First & foremost the handles aren’t flush with the actual measurement Potion, which is the first thing I look for when purchasing measuring spoons – or cups – for myself or anyone else.

  20. I picked :
    Robe
Both sunglasses (I really couldn’t decide and you can’t have enough)
    A mystery Item
    Sip bottle
Jump rope (since this baby will be out roughly when this box delivers lol)

  21. Awesome box… first time annual subscriber 🙂 I picked or added everything except the cat eye sunnies, the Sip by Swell, and the jump rope. I may drop a few items later, but for $10 more I can get such great deals. Definitely a Spring Spa box!

    • What a great box to start an annual subscription with! 🎉

      • YES <3

    • Where will it let me add things??? I am an annual subscriber….and it’s time to add, but I cannot find anywhere it will let me add!!🤨🤔🙄

      • I’m assuming you mean add extras from the customization choices, not referring to the long list of add-on items referred to in other posts.

Login. Then from the main menu go to “my box” and then “customize.”

You will have a several options for customizing. Once you pick the one item you want included as part of the normal fee for your box, if the other items are still available to add, they will show a little circle containing a dollar amount next to them. Click on those that you want to purchase as extras.

  22. This is my favorite box yet. I feel like such a brat though…I couldn’t resist adding everything. Robe, backpack, diffuser, both sunglasses, korres, measuring spoons, necklace, setting powder, detox brush. I will use every item and at 10 a piece I feel so lucky. So glad I’m an yearly subscriber. I hope everyone gets what they want or I will feel a little bad…just a little. 😉

    • This ^ 😉

  23. Diffuser, cat eye sunnies with the Korres added, mystery item (the spoons look cheap, but almost got me), setting powder and detox brush.

I hope the mystery item is good, I’m a little worried it will just be random inventory clean out.

    • Yes! I almost got the mystery item, but I have so much body lotion, face stuff, handbags, etc. and I know I’ll at least get a lot of use out of the spoons. But I’m super excited to see what everyone gets!

    • Last mystery choice I got the pediatrician spongelle and a doucce mascara. To me the spongelle was defintely better than the two other options.

      • I am confused. What on earth is a pediatrician Spongelle? I have never heard of that before????

        • I suspect her phone auto corrected and it was a pedicure Spongelle.

          • 😂😂

    • Good call re: the spoons! As someone who bakes a decent amount there are several reasons I’d recommend against them. 24. I’m sure there will be complaints of “this box has no direction,” but I am loving all the options and the huge variety! My box is going to feel so personalized.

    • Completely agree! I love that each category has wildly different items, because I was able to choose something in every category that I’m excited about. If they were just different choices of similar categories but you don’t like the category itself you’re out of luck. I think this box is great!

  25. I was excited about the spoons until I read the back of the box – no heat, acid, or sunlight contact; no contact with cooked food; handwash only. It sounds much more decorative than functional, so I picked the mystery choice. (The mystery serum I got last time was good, so I am hopeful.)

Box looks…ok. Not really a win this time for me. The Tula cleanser is kind of exciting, though.

    • I’m glad you pointed that out! I just switched from the spoons to the mystery item.

      • Same here, thanks! Wouldn’t have even thought to look. Those don’t sound very practical. Mystery item has minimum value of $5 more than spoons, so…

      • Good call! Just did the same. I don’t need high maintenance measuring spoons.

        • For real! 😂

    • Oh no, I may have to drop the spoons 🙁

    • hahaha – those are the most useless measuring spoons ever! Good to know.

    • Y’all beware of the mystery item in the summer box… it’s going to be pretty but unusable measuring spoons lol!

      • 😂

    • I did the same. I’m not going to baby measuring spoons! Hoping the mystery item is good.

  26. Anyone have the length of the necklace… with the extender? It says 18 inches on their website, but not sure if that includes the extender or not. Thanks!!!!

    • If you watch the little video thing on FFF it says 16 inch plus 3 inch extender.

      • Thanks!

  27. I can’t choose between the measuring spoons and the mystery item! Someone help me, please! I don’t have measuring spoons, but when I cook I rarely measure spices, I just throw however much looks right in, but if I was following a recipe it’d be helpful. Also, I love the copper color–it’s so cute! However, the mystery item could be good or bad. I choose mystery last time and got a serum I use every day. I just don’t know.

    • I have no clue what the mystery item is, but here’s the “hint” from FabFitFun:

What could it be — a palette, body cream, or maybe a trigger ball? We love a good mystery, and we promise this is a good one.

      Minimum Retail Value: $20

Hope that helps a bit! 🙂

      • Omg, THANK YOU, Liz! That DID help, I went back and changed to mystery item, haha.

      • That’s exactly what it said for the winter box, too.

        • That’s what I was thinking. I got serum which I am very happy with.

    • I’m considering switching to the Mystery Item too. The spoons are cute and I was happy to see a cooking/baking item (and I always need more since my toddler steals them), but really, not dishwasher safe? I think that’s a dealbreaker for me.

    • I would read the above comments on the measuring spoons. Reads as more decorative than useful. I did the mystery last box…I got a Spongellé and a doucce mascara. Well worth the choice. It’s a gamble but you just may get something good

  28. Diffuser, picnic set, measuring spoons, water bottle, cleanser (also added on jump rope and dry brush)

It would have been nice to get higher value items (for example, sunglasses or Korres instead of picnic set, but those sunglasses are too big for my face and I’m not a big fan of rose-scented beauty products) but I went with usefulness.

  29. Hi Liz,

Can you tell us if there is an inner tie on the robe that would stop it from falling open in the chest area?
For instance, I have a victoria’s secret silk robe and if I don’t tie the inner tie, the outer belt is never tight enough to keep both sides in place and prevent it from falling open in the chest area.

    • There is no inner tie. Hope that helps!

      • Thank you! Sorry, one last question – did they say anything about how many variations there are for the swell bottles? The promo video only showed solid colors – blue, green, and pink. is there a chance for patterns as well like the whale bottle you photographed?

        • Probably, as these are the items fabfitfun sent Liz.

        • Yes, there will be a lot of variations including several patterns. Hope that helps!

          • Thanks Liz!

    • @Cristin I like an inner tie myself but I still chose the rob. The rob is so pretty! I will cut both outer ties in half and sew the cut ties inside and outside as needed. It’s hard to explain here but this is how I have always don’t it. HTH 🙂

  30. For the diffuser, is it hot or cold steam diffusing, and do you have any idea of what size space this can diffuse scents to?

    • I think maybe you’re confusing a diffuser with a vaporizer? Diffuser is a light mist, cool if you stick your face in it (which I don’t really recommend, because a lot of diffused oils are not good for your skin). All my diffusers work well for a living room/family room, so the scent disperses pretty far, but that may depend on the grade of the oil you’re using, and how much.

      • Great, thank you. I have been looking for a humidifier that I could add essential oils to, and I was seeing if this could be an alternative.

  31. I picked the backpack, korres, the necklace, tula cleanser and a mystery item! Didn’t add any extras because I was a bad girl with Add-ons this time lol. Hope the mystery item is worthwhile, can’t wait to see what else is in the box!

  32. I picked the robe and for $10 got the diffuser too, aviators, water bottle and then surprise me…I live this box…my favorite so far

  33. My choices:
    Robe
    My Girl Sunglasses
    Measuring spoons
    Necklace
    Face Cleanser

I have wayyyyy too many lotions and water bottles lol so those choices were easy. I’ve always bought those brushes from Marshals so I was surprised to see one in the box, but an extra face cleanser never hurts 🙂

  34. – Robe (+Diffuser)
    – Picnic Set
    – Mystery Choice
    – Swell Bottle
    – Jump Rope

  35. I picked the diffuser, aviators, mystery item, setting powder, tula cleanser, and added on the cat eye sunglasses (I admit I have a problem when it comes to sunglasses lol)

    • I made the exact same choices. For an extra $10, the added glasses definitely seemed worth it to me! I’ve heard such good things about Quay and I’m really addicted to sunglasses.

  36. Liz, in the pictures, it looks like the measuring spoons are a little scuffed up…is that right? Are they dishwasher safe? I’m a little concerned with using a plated item for food prep, but they’re so cute!

    • They were packaged in a single plastic bag, not individually, so there is probably going to be some minor scuffing in transit. (It’s not super noticeable in real life – I think just noticeable here because it’s a close-up shot.) And the box says hand wash only. Hope that helps!

    • I was wondering the same!

  37. The choices for the measuring spoons was not letting me select the other items for $10. I will have to check back. All the other selections were working.

    • I just checked and it let me choose the other item for $10 as long as I didn’t have the mystery item selected, so definitely check back!

  38. Great box! I chose the backpack, cat-eye sunnies, measuring spoons, necklace + setting powder, and the face wash.

    • Almost identical to my choices except I went with the Korres because I’m so picky about sunglasses and need to try them on first.

  39. Wow I love everything! I have my preferences but I wouldn’t be disappointed!!

  40. Robe, backpack, aviators, korres, measuring spoons, tula and swell. This box may be my fave yet!

  41. I choose the diffuser, cat eye sunglasses, dry brush, and mystery item.

  42. My choices:
    Diffuser +Robe
    Aviators +Korres
    Mystery Item
    Water bottle
    Detox Brush

  43. So happy with this box! I picked the robe, Korres, mystery item, Sip, and Tula. I’m kinda excited about the mystery item. I’m always too cheap to buy a mystery bundle but since I wasn’t too crazy about the other two items this feels like a fun surprise and I like the other four so much that it won’t matter too much if I don’t really like it. The mystery item and mystery pattern on the sip will be fun anticipation.

  44. My choices;
    – Diffuser
    – Korress
    – Body Lotion
    – Setting Powder
    – Face Cleanser

  45. I went with the robe (it may not fit me yet but that will just be more motivation in my weight loss journey!), Korres w/ the picnic set added on, the mystery item, the S’well bottle, and the cleanser. I’m excited to see what else will come with the box!

  46. Robe, picnic set, lotion, cleanser, and setting powder! Excited 👍😁

  47. I chose the robe, backpack, cat eye sunglasses (almost added the aviators too, but restrained myself), Korres sleeping cream, measuring spoons and Tula cleanser. This is one their best boxes ever, I think.

  48. I went with the robe, Korres, body lotion, necklace, and detox brush. I considered adding the diffuser, but I already have another type of diffuser, and waaaaay too much essential oil. I love that I could choose my own spa theme for this box!

    • I didn’t think about the spa theme when I was looking at all these items, but that makes so much sense – love it!!

  49. Very excited about the measuring spoons and jump rope. I also chose the backpack, sunglasses, and the water bottle. I added on the other style of sunglasses and the setting powder. Goodness I love this box.

    • Great picks!

  50. this box turned out nicer than I thought! I’m excited about the water bottle!

    • And there are still 3 items not revealed yet! 🙂

      • Yay! I was just going to ask this! I love a little mystery left! 🙂
