Well, after calling their customer service 4 times, finally mine has shipped yesterday.
I’ll receive my goodies by tonight!!

There is clearly shipping delays and seems like they don’t have enough phone rep to answer their customer.
I called 6 times yesterday till I could reach the rep…

However, the rep was really nice each time I talk to and tried to help me out.
I feel their warehouse and shipping section are short in hands.
So if you want to reach them keep in mind you will experience a bit hustle.
But eventually your item will be shipped.

/Update/
I received my $50 bag around 3:00pm.
The box had 2 shipping label.
First label says overnight shipping due 1/8.
Another one on top of the first one says due 1/9.
It seems like they failed to ship it on 7th so recreate new label on 8th…

Well well, at least I got my bag.
The contents were exactly same as one lady posted before.
2 of the small cubes and sampler are not for my taste buds, but I’m pretty happy with what I got.
Especially the big champagne 🐻 is my girl’s favorite candy.
It will be a part of her BD gift in March.

However after multiple calls and hustle to reach them for my order which I placed on 12/31, I expected a little something as an extra samplers….

I’m not sure if I want to go through same thing on their next sale.🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Careful that the tracking they give you actually shows movement. I reached out and they gave me tracking yesterday morning showing an ETA of tomorrow but as of tonight there is still no movement.

Barbara

Thank you for heads up.
I totally stoked their tracking whole 2 days.🤣🤣🤣
I hope your package will arrive soon 💫

Jacki

They sent me a shipping email a couple of days ago and my package is due in the morning. It hasn’t shipped. Ordered 12/31

Jacki

Mine hasn’t shipped yet. I’m excited for the lg box of champagne bears! These sound great to tuck in valentines baskets.

I got my $50 and $35 bags today. Same stuff already listed below. I’m excited to see some things I haven’t tried yet but was a little bummed since there was only a 2 small cubes and 1 large cube difference between the two price levels. It seemed like the larger one had more stuff last year. I got 3 large cubes then…but I dont recall how many small ones I got.

Recieved mine today. Liked it so much I tried to purchase another, but it’s sold out.

I received mine yesterday – the same contents – very happy. Only 2 of the items had Xmas wrapping and that was easily removed if you are gifting some of the items. A terrific value. Couldn’t be happier

My $50 bag arrived today. Wow, that’s all I can say. I’m very happy. The hand signed card was a nice touch. It contained:

(9) small boxes:
baby rose bears
mamma and baby bears
mickey mouse gloves
bubbly bears
peach bellini
cherry sweethearts
dough master (holiday item)
kiss lips
dark chocolate sea salt caramels

(1) large cube of champagne bears
(1) large candy bar – white chocolate with Mickey Mouse sprinkles (not normally a fan of white chocolate but this thing is so darned cute that it’s probably my favorite item in the box)

(1) taster pack of sugar lips

I also received a taster pack of ice cream cones which I selected myself as a freebie.

J

If you like the Cherry Sweethearts they’rejust repackaged Gimbal’s which cost waaaaay less when they don’t come repackaged in the cute little plastic cubes.

I got the same items in my $50 mystery bag. I’m very happy with it! I’ll be willing to buy again if they have a similar sale in the future.

Reply ButtonReply

Redhed36

Thanks! Mine should be here tomorrow.

Reply ButtonReply

Beccah

Mine arrived today and I couldn’t be happier! There is a ton of different candy! I will definitely be buying more mystery boxes!

Reply ButtonReply

Lainey

Beccah, can you give some hints of the types of candy/flavors that were included and which bag you bought – the $35 or the $50? I’m still waffling!

I *want* to get one, but I also don’t want to get stuck with several boxes of the Christmasy-flavored stuff that I wasn’t thrilled with in the advent calendar.

Beccah

I got the $35 bag.
Cube of cinnamon crunchie
Cube of Sugar lips
Cube of champagne bears
Cube of bubbly bears
Cube of mama & baby bears
Cube of gummy eggs
Cube of Mickey gummies
Taster packet ice cream cones
Taster packet rose roses
Large white chocolate Mickey bar

Mine shipped today and has an expected delivery date of tomorrow. Fingers crossed!

I just picked up my $35 grab bag from the store last night and when I opened my bag there was not $70 worth of candy in the bag. Looking at their website, I got $56.45 worth of product. Pretty disappointing since this was my first purchase from them. Guess it will also be the last.

Reply ButtonReply

Barbara

I’m sorry to hear that…
I bought 50 one and waiting it will arrive.
Can you share what was in your bag?

Reply ButtonReply

Redhed36

That bums me out. This was also my first purchase with them and I ordered the $50 bag. Fingers crossed.

Neiman Marcus and Horchow have holiday Sugarfina on sale for 65% off online. The Sanrio bento box with 8 small cubes is only $23! Getting my Halloween trick or treat mystery bag was a huge pain, so I’m reluctant to order this one and am going to get a couple of these deals instead.

Reply ButtonReply

PAULA

Thanks! I ordered a Sanrio box and 2 of the penguins! And Neiman Marcus has free shipping! I got my advent calendar from them and the experience was great!

Reply ButtonReply

SKD

I think someone else already asked this…can we add Sugarfina to the swap site?

Reply ButtonReply

Grace Pedrotti

Thanks for the reminder to pick up seasonal sugarfina goodies.
I spent $44 and got a total of 14 small cubes valued at $128

Free 2 day shipping as well.

Reply ButtonReply

Jennifer

How?? I don’t see this available

Reply ButtonReply

PAULA

On the Neiman Marcus website! I got 16 boxes for $46!!!

Redhed36

That’s awesome. How did you do that?

Reply ButtonReply

Redhed36

I purchased the $50 mystery gift and received free shipping and a Taster Packet. I hope the candy is decent, especially for $50

Reply ButtonReply

Ake

I was just in the store and one of the $35 bags was missing a staple so I could peer inside. It had small cubes of PB&J caramels, the Sanrio chocolate mint balls, and the Sanrio little pearls. It looked like there were more small cubes under that, but I couldn’t see them.

None of those appealed to me, so I went for the BOGO Christmas items instead. My store had a billion small cubes of gingerbread cookies and I’m a fan of those!

bb

First I chose the $35 bag but shipping was $10.95 so I changed it to the $50 and got free shipping with no code required.

Reply ButtonReply

LizC

I love sugarfina and received free shipping without a code?? Everyone loves it when I share. Any idea how long it keeps?

Reply ButtonReply

LB

I’m not very picky but I just finished up some from last years mystery bags and i thought it tasted great! Bought one of each again to stock up for another year. Lol.

Reply ButtonReply

Lily

Here’s a hint I didn’t know: Add shipping before you add a discount code. I know, it’s a ” duh” thing, but when I have a discount code I want to use it ASAP.

@Jessica, thanks so much for the code. I bought the $35 offer, a small box of Royal Roses and redeemed my gift of the month Bourbon Bears for $2.50, which I won’t eat because all the alcohol infused sweet candies make me sick, but it put me at the limit to use the code. YAY. Hubby will likely eat them. ; )

AFTER I checked out, I saw PayPal at the very top of the page. Dang.
Strongly suggest using PayPal after the earlier snafu in Oct.

I just know they are going to claim the NY holiday as a reason to delay shipping of this offer!

@Taya, yes, having the same problem, tried on both an iPad and laptop (Chrome). Perhaps it’s the universe’s way of telling me I don’t need more candy?

Reply ButtonReply

Beth

Me too. I emailed them after 2 days of trying and they told me to clear history or go incognito. I also found when I logged into my account that’s when it went crazy dp sadly i had ti nit sign in and i could buy ig then. I then emailed them my order number and hope that they will add points thst way. I couldn’t get my tester. I am happy to hear that i wasn’t the only one.

Reply ButtonReply

Chris

Incognito didn’t work either. I tried numerous browsers – IE, Chrome, Safari, Edge. I ended up calling them to place my order. They have a big problem with their website/rewards accounts, and since they’ve been trying to fix it for days now, I’m guessing they don’t have any idea what’s wrong. Rather frustrating that they knew they had the issue and still ran the promotion at the same time. Oh well, hopefully I’ll get my candy.

Taya

Lol..I think it’s telling me the same thing.

KatS

Just tested the inboxsweets code and it seems to be working for ANY purchase of $45 or more. Now I’m going to be thinking about that bulk bag of Cuba Libre all day.

Reply ButtonReply

Lori

I wish Sugarfina candy tasted better. I’ve only had a few different gummies, but they weren’t anything special. I love the packaging and everything else, but the quality does not match the price IMHO.

Reply ButtonReply

Luna

Your comment reminded me of a co-worker that I gave these candies to this year & last year…. she was far more excited to get the candies more so for the box than the actual candies! 😀

Reply ButtonReply

Lori

Hahaha!

Lilly

OH MY, this is a total rip. My $35 box supposedly worth $50 came to a total of $49.60 with their extremely high shipping and tax added on top of the shipping.

I could just go pick my own $50 box! ( I think shipping is free at $50, isn’t it?)

Also, the code “inboxsweets” did not work for me. I wonder why not?
I’m asking myself after the Halloween disaster, do I really want to buy $100 of their candy and wait for it for 3 weeks again?

Reply ButtonReply

Beccah

Unfortunately shipping is free at $75! Really ridiculous!

Reply ButtonReply

Lilly

I am just not going to risk what I ( we all) went through for the Halloween thing. After all, this is a much more ” holiday” time of year for this company who went out of its way to tell us how small they are.

I don’t trust them to send it out without another struggle. Do you?

Beccah

It’s worth $70 so a $20 savings but the shipping is ridiculous and the code didn’t work for me either!

Reply ButtonReply

Jessica

I just picked one up, the Honey extension on my browser used code “inboxsweets” and it got me free shipping!

Reply ButtonReply

Marion

Sugarfina had really bad customer service the last time they did mystery bags for Halloween. People who are interested in buying this bag should read the comments on those MSA posts.

Reply ButtonReply

Ake

Liz, would it be possible to add this to the swap site? I would definitely love to swap flavors with other people!

Reply ButtonReply

Connie

Ordered the large box earlier this morning. Mystery boxes can be a risk but I know Sugarfina will not be. I discovered Sugarfina from the old MSA forum and have been hooked ever since.
