Let It Snow Card
This was a nice holiday card; it’s a simple card that fits into the season. It is paired with a brown envelope and is blank on the inside for your perfect message.
Seashell Postcard
This postcard seems like it could be fun once colored in; I think it could really come out very colorful. The postcard comes with an envelope, but most postcards can be sent without one, hence the address lines and stamp spot on the reverse side.
Gift Wrap Set
This was a nice inclusion for this time of year, just missing the gift bag!
It came with 6 sheets of sand colored tissue paper.
Black ribbon.
And a tiny card. While I instantly think this is the perfect set of materials for a gift using a gift bag, it could also be used for a smaller item, using the tissue paper to wrap. I personally just find little room for error using tissue paper as wrapping paper. Plus, you have to use multiple pieces since it is so see-through.
Polka Dot Washi Tape
I liked this tape over all the ones I have received previously. It is thick and has a backing on the tape roll that keeps the sticky side extra sticky.
The final item we received is this standard pencil with #writenow printed on it. This will officially be deemed the homework pencil.
Verdict: This month’s Proper Post was pretty basic, especially compared to last month’s parcel. I enjoyed the simple card for the holiday and the tape the most. I do kind of wish we got more holiday cards though instead of the seashell card, though.
