I was SO excited when I saw the Murad box! Then I opened it! The tiniest sample I have ever seen in a HUGE box with a photo of a full size product on it. I think that was pretty lame, just send the tube, don’t put it in a giant box to make us think we are getting a full size. Also, has anyone else noticed that most of the Bioderma and Ren samples are almost always mostly empty? I have gotten several Bioderma samples and the tubes are always only 1/4 full.

I so agree with what you said . So not worth the 25.00

I just received my Beautyfix box today….and for someone who is ALWAYS positive about this box…..I am one disappointed girl. Just a box of tiny samples. This is holiday month….I would rather a nice size of something good…than these tiny tiny samples that I can barely get anything out of. What a waste. My 8yr old granddaughter took the hair clips….said she needed them “desperately”!!!!

Does anyone have the coupon code that came with this Dec box??? My husband tossed out the box in recycling this morning with flyer thing after I took all my items out of the box! But I am loving this REN overnight balm and want to order more! I’m pretty sure there was a discount code for ordering items for this months box, like they usually do. Thanks!!

Gotta say, I have always loved BeautyFix. Lost it when one of my cards expired and for some reason could NOT renew online. Finally had to call to resub. But I was really disappointed in this box. The sizes are miniscule. I’ve got cleansing creams and milks out the kazoo already. I can always use another Lip Quench (although I DO WISH they’d go back to their original formula). As to the BeautyBlender…yeah, keep TRYING to push these things. There are much better ways to put makeup on. Love love love Neostrata. But geez, this might last 3 days.

I’m thinking I might resubmit I really do enjoy the quality of beautyfix I think that they wanted to do a stocking stuffer theme this month. Honestly we are so spoiled we expect more for 25 this ideally a really good value I would love to try Erno Lazlo I do enjoy that line Harry josh is awesome for hair curling I think I will resub.

I’m fairly certain that I have never tried almost all of these products and 12 is a pretty hefty number of samples I’m pretty happy even if not all of them are winners for me there’s enough new things in here for me to try to make this a pretty darn good box

Dang has beautyfix ever done 12 items? I know some are small but dang

Jackie
They are all small. The NIA24 is a 1oz tube if that gives some perspective on the sample sizes (since the newest spoilers don’t include sizes).
I canceled on 11/30. I have no FOMO. The reason I’ve always loved beautyfix is because there is always a full size luxury product. For someone who is not on product overload, this is a good box though.

Don’t fall for the beauty blender sample. It’s useless.

I disagree 😉 I makes a perfect science stocking stuffer for my 5 year. “Push this button and it grows barely twice the size to become a wet piece of sponge you can wipe your nose with”

Any ideas on the size of the Neostrata Cell Restoration? It looks like a higher valued item.

Tamara
It doesn’t look very big using the black lip quench tube for reference.

A very unimpressive box. I cancelled for the first month in 2 years. Somebody is dropping the ball over at Dermstore. Either that or they’ve got a 27 year old business school graduate trying to cut some corners to please the boss!

Well said! I just renewed recently and I am majorly disappointed in this. I could probably do a walk thru at King of Prussia mall and pick up bigger SAMPLES than these!

I love this subscription. Like all subs, some months are really good and sometimes they aren’t. It still pays for itself and I get to try products that are new to me/or haven’t tried and with all the makeup I use on my channel plus environmental exposure that we all have, for me.. this subscription promotes healthy skin care and has helped me be more conscious.

Haha. I had the same thought! I cancelled this month. Hopefully they’ll have something hung better in the new year.

Please, subscription box curator, do not make any mention of BeautyBlender “samples” as they are in no way any decent representation of what it’s like to use a “real” BeautyBlender. If anything, you are misrepresenting the “real” BeautyBlender, as the samples dissolve like toilet paper; it is really bad advertising for the actual product.

I was going to ask, how one “samples” a beauty blender? Is it like a slice of a bb? Ive never seen a sample of one. I use beauty blenders, but they are the real, full sized ones lol

Yeah, I found this odd as well. BeautyBlender makes tiny ones that have an RV of a few bucks, so how hard would it have been to end one of those instead? Even the Sephora box managed it, and those go for $10/month.

I get maybe 8 subscriptions boxes sent to me monthly and this was by far the biggest let down out of the 8 boxes. I feel like Target had bigger sizes for samples. This box subscription was the biggest let down I had all year Out of all the beauty box subscriptions. The packaging was cheap.

This month isn’t looking to be my favorite, but overall, I have found this box to be an amazing value. You get so many high end products, and it’s not the same thing every month. As for packaging, for me personally, I’d rather they put the money towards the products than a pretty box that I’ll never have a use for, or fancy tissue paper that goes straight into recycling.

Still not doing it for me. The Bioderma, Lip Quench and hair lotion would be nice, but not worth it when those are the only things I’d actually want. Hopefully January turns things around because I love Beautyfix but just couldn’t do it this month.

I’m happy with everything except the Beautyblender sample. I got this in another subscription box and it was the size and thickness of a quarter when wet.

It’s a good box for me. The Murad and Lip Quench make it worth it and I can always use a cleanser. Beautyfix almost always makes me happy!

I love the lip quench! I just started using one I must have gotten in a box last year. Sad I’ll be missing it but I’m on way too much overload…gotta be good…
