My Fashion Crate October 2018 Review

This information card was included. On the front is information about items included in both the Essentials box and the Premium box, and on the reverse is information about the items included in the Premium box only.

Precious Floral Top by Zenobia – Retail Value $38

This is a super cute tank for the height of summer, but it was really chilly to wear outside in October! I also probably would never wear something this revealing. I do like pieces from Zenobia typically, and I love the print on this cotton top.  It’s so unusual! Maybe I should wear a tee under it?

Honeycomb – Light-Accetuating Eye Shadow Palette by Trifle Cosmetics Retail Value $22

I was so excited to receive an eyeshadow palette in my package this month! I love palettes, they are just one of those things that makes a box super special to me. I wish this one had a little more pigment to it, but I think it will be good for day wear. I also like that it is vegan and cruelty-free, as well as free from the more dangerous chemicals. I also really like the mirror! So handy!

Crazy Eyes Plastic Go Comb – Retail Value $4.99

Look at how cute this comb is! Plus it is the perfect size to slip into a purse for emergencies. I really like the print, too. They also included a coupon for 20% off anything from their store. Bonus!

Handbag Rescue All-Natural Cleaning Wipes (Boot Rescue), pack of 10 – Retail Value $10

I think this is the first I am hearing of this innovative product!  Water and most cleaners can be so damaging to leather! I am glad to have these handy wipes to clean my purses (or shoes). They have oils in them, so they are actually good for the leather! That’s awesome!

Tights – Estimated Value $15

These tights are just perfect! But they are a bit sheer, so I wasn’t too comfortable modeling them. I wish I had great legs like Brandi! I can always use more black tights in the cooler months, and these are great. The only strange thing is that they do not appear on the information card at all! So I am using the value that they listed on the box for misses’ sizes.

Black White Striped Blouse by Zenobia – Retail Value $45

I think this top is really cute and kind of flattering, too! It’s a crisp cotton with smocking at the waist and shoulders. I like the bohemian look, so this is perfect for me!

Love Yourself Like I Love You Enamel Pin Greeting Card by Fred & Far – Retail Value $10

Awwwww, this card is so sweet! I will definitely have to give this to someone special.  The little pin is enamel and has a back (as opposed to an actual safety pin style closure). I like it. They also included a coupon for 15% off of the Self-Love Pinky Ring. Fun!

Verdict: This was another great box from My Fashion CrateI love it! I really like the striped top, and I was thrilled to get a palette! I just hope they don’t send any more summer clothes until next summer. I also am super happy about the value! $54.90 for $145 worth of goodies! That’s awesome!

  1. Thank you for modeling the clothes – now I am tempted to try this box out. I’m a little confused by sending a tank top when it is a better pick for spring or summer.

  2. I had to check out your review to see those tops and was so flattered to see my name! What a nice compliment! 😊 I love that striped top! It looks great on you! The floral top is pretty too- maybe paired with a cardigan you could make it work for winter?

    • That’s what I was thinking — with a cardigan or denim jacket that tank is good to go!

  3. Black White Striped Blouse by Zenobia,is really cute and is very flattering on you !!
This probably a favorite IMO that you have modeled
