  1. I got the $300 box and my retail value going by swaps is $1150.00! I received the silver triangle necklace and the Eddie borgo cuff bracelet as well as the pink clutch, the rooster diffuser, and the blue ceramic bracelet and Wewood sunglasses as well as the apple cardamom candle, body oil, nude eyeshadow palette, eyebrow highlight pencil. Very pleased. Luxor has a lot of nice items on the swap site that I wanted and I did get a few of them so Im happy!

  2. My items:

Flute glasses (2): Retail $110. Found for $54.
Rena Iman clutch: Retail $150. Found for $87.50
Teacup: Retail $24. Found for $16.
Sophie Blake sterling necklace 16″: Retail for 18″ $135. Found for $95.
Mindful Moisturizer: Retail $19. Found for $13.

    Total Retail: $438.
    Sale Price: $266.

Love the flutes, clutch and necklace though I wish it was 18″ so I didn’t need to use an extender.

The tea cup is meh. It’s cream and pink with a shiny gold handle. What makes it “meh” is the wording on it…”teas me”. Silly in a lux box.

I’m not amused with the moisturizer. Not what I would expect from a high-end box at all. They could have just left it out.

Overall I’d give the box a B+. I for sure got my money’s worth.

  3. Rosanna Glam Office Teacup (March 2018) $24 RV
Sudio Vasa Bla Wireless Earbuds (Nov 2016) $79 RV ($65 Currently)
Sophie Black Petite LISA Necklace, all silver (Jan 2028), $135 RV ($94.50 on sale)
Daringron Crystal Champagne Futes (Jan 2018) $79.99 RV ($66 Amazon)
Transcendent Beauty Night Healer (Jan 2018) $63 RV
Transcendent Beauty Wrinkle Diminsher (Jan 2018) $90 RV

$471 RV or $402 value at current prices.

  4. I just received mine ($100):

Rosanna Glam Office Teacup (March 2018) $24 RV ($14 Luxor Sale)
Sudio Vasa Bla Wireless Earbuds (Nov 2016) $79 RV ($65 Currently)
Sophie Black Petite LISA Necklace, all silver (Jan 2028), $135 RV ($94.50 on sale, web)
Daringron Crystal Champagne Futes (Jan 2018) $79.99 RV ($66 Amazon, $28 Luxor Sale)
Transcendent Beauty Night Healer (Jan 2018) $63 RV ($44.10 Luxor Sale)
Transcendent Beauty Wrinkle Diminsher (Jan 2018) $90 RV

    $471 RV or
$402 value at web sale prices or
$335 mixing web and Luxor Sale prices (all of the Luxor Sales didn’t start until Black Friday; several weeks after the box went on sale).

I’m super happy that they exceeded the stated value and with the product mix!

IMO, I am happy with my box, and Luxor delivered as what they said they would! I love the necklace, earbuds for taking calls and podcasts, teacup is fluff for me and the champagne flutes are beautiful. I have a wedding coming up and those will save us about $50 towards their gift.

Mystery boxes are fun, and I’m a new subscriber. I looked at past boxes and wished for a scarf or a clutch; however I’m totally satisfied with my contents. Most importantly, the VALUE WAS THERE IN RV AND CURRENT SALE PRICING.

  5. I made a long post over 24 hours ago of everything I received and I guess it’s not going to show.

Received my box and it was amazing. I bought the $100 box and the RV was over $450.

    • Same. I feel like on some of the boxes that have had many negative remarks in the past, MSA monitors and approves/disapproves comments.

I’ve noticed it with Happy Rebel, Luxor and Bless Box especially.

      • It really bothers me – the censoring. My post was absolutely not negative. I listed all of the items and their RVs. It was very positive as I love everything. I have never once insulted anyone in any of my comments nor am I harshly negative. If I don’t like something I will say “it’s not my style” or something like that.
Gosh, I really miss the forum.

    Additional observations:

The skincare does seem a bit dated…my moisturizer was leaking and both items had blackish imprints inside the packaging like there was moisture while stored for a while. The $90 Wrinkle Reducer is in a serum bottle, but only is .5 ounces. It’ll be a stretch to get it out, since the dropper doesn’t really work and it’s such a small I just received mine ($130):

  7. I received my box yesterday and I was blown away. I purchased the $100 box which was $90 with the 10% off BF code. I am new to the sub (received last 2 boxes only) so I figured most, if not all, would be new to me. I opened the box, saw the items on top and thought, “wow, very nice”. Then I took out a few items and there was more stuff underneath. This is probably my favorite mystery box of all time. RV came to $472 which was well over the $350 promised value. Can’t wait to hear what others received. What I received:

    From January 2018 box:
Sophie Blake Petite Lisa Classic Necklace – RV $135 (I have been coveting this necklace since it came out early this year)
    (2) Dartington Crystal Glitz Champagne Flutes – RV $79.99
Transcendent Beauty Night Healer – RV $63
Transcendent Beauty Empathetic Wrinkle Diminisher – RV $90

    From March 2018 box:
Robyn Rhodes ZED Ring in Gold – RV $79.99
Rosanna Glam Office Tea Cup – Teas Me – RV $24

Such a great mix of products. The only thing I will be swapping is the RR ring. I do not drink hot items but the tea cup is so lovely and the prettiest shade of pink inside. I thought about putting a small plant for my desk but I don’t want to cover up the pink. For now it’s holding cotton balls on my sink but I will find a better use for it since I love it so much.

  8. Has anyone received their box yet? I purchased later in the month but my box was shipped yesterday. I’ve only received one of the regular boxes so far so everything should be new to me. Can’t wait.

    • I just got my shipping and it should arrive on the 3rd of December. I’ve never ordered from Luxor so it should all be new for me too! There are definitely a few things I am hoping for and several things I could live without, but I figured with holiday season, its a good bet I’ll get some nice gift options!

  9. I looked through the boxes in 2018 and there is very little that would interest me.

I find it suspicious that they don’t mention a shipping date — this alone makes this mystery box a pass for me.

  10. WhatWhere in the past mystery boxes?

    • I’d also like to know, can’t find anything online

  11. I picked up both. The last mystery boxes were awesome!

    • What were in the last mystery boxes? I didnt see a review on msa.

  12. I got one of these the last 2 times they were out, I was very pleased.

  13. I understand why the shipping is higher to Canada, but why is the box itself more? $285 for US and $300 for Canada. $95 for US and $100 for Canada? Why?

    • Currency rate of exchange, perhaps?

    • Customs hassles are a possibility. I’ve shipped to Canada before, and man can their customs be a pain.

    • You are actually getting a deal!
As of right now, $100 Canadian exchanges to $US 76.19. That’s almost $US 20 cheaper per $US 100…Canadians are getting the box cheaper than Americans.

      • Canadians are still charged in US dollars so unfortunately it’s not a deal. The $345 (300+45 shipping) is over $450 CAD funds.

      • No, they’re not getting any deal. You have to convert the US dollar total to Canadian. So if it cost $76.19 in USD, to use your numbers, a Canadian PAYS $100 in Canadian dollars. It’s not a deal, they pay an equivalent amount in a different currency.

    • Currency exchange rate. The Canadian dollar is lower valued relative to USD.

      • They are both charged in USD – there’s no exchange
