Frequency Box "Grounding" October 2018 Review
The info card has a short paragraph on this month's theme which is "Grounding" and has all of the items listed out, how to use them, and their retail value.
Anything breakable is carefully wrapped. I just love how they look all bundled up.
Grounding Essential Oil Blend with Tree Agate, 0.5 - Retail Value $9.99
Wow- this smells incredible! This lovely wintery blend has patchouli, cedarwood, frankincense, rosemary, lavender, with tree agate stones. This blend can be put into a diffuser, added to a bath, or even to homemade cleaning products to keep things fresh and grounded while you clean.
Pure Cedarwood Essential Oil with Tree Agate - Retail Value $7.99
Ahhh- this is also wonderful. I'm really getting into woodsy scents lately so this cedarwood is perfect. This is pure cedarwood essential oil instead of a blend and also has tree agate stones inside.
Grounding Crystal Diffuser Clip - Listed Retail Value $7.99
I've seen bracelets and necklaces before that double as diffusers with stones but not a clip like this. The charm is 3.5 inches long end-to-end and made of 4 tree agate beads, 2 wooden beads, and a lava stone bead for you to put drops of essential oil on. You can clip this anywhere to help keep you grounded on the go. Above, I've clipped it to my purse but it just as easily goes on any zipper pull. There's also a silver feather charm attached as well.
Palo Santo Smudge Kit with Abalone and Quartz (small kit, not listed on site) - Listed Retail Value $11.99
Palo Santo is a great smudge if you love a woodsy scent. Simply light one of the three sticks included and blow out the flame to get a smuldering trail of smoke to cleanse your area.
This abalone dish has been included as a safe place to put your palo santo once you're used what you need.
The quartz stones can also be placed in the dish to receive the used palo santo stick until the next time you'll need to use it.
Comes with a handy user guide as well!
Selenite Tower (4-inch tall) - Listed Retail Value $11.99
I just LOVE selenite, especially in this form. The four-inch-high tower included here is like a baby version of the lamp I have next to my bed. Selenite is believed to have emotional stabilizing abilities as well as helping cleanse negative energies so it's a great addition to this box. I can gaze upon the reflective ridges of this all day long.
Tumbled Hematite x6 - Retail Value $1.90
Next, they've included a pouch filled with six tumbled hematite stones which the info card calls "classic grounding stones". When paired with selenite they make a "powerhouse of grounding and balancing". Sounds good to me! I've always been drawn to hematite ever since I was a child, as I'm sure many others, are due to its gorgeous black mirrored finish.
Metatron's Cube Crystal Grid Cloth - Retail Value $14.99
This is pretty exciting because I've been wanting a crystal grid but hadn't pulled the trigger on one! It uses sacred geometry to harness optimal energy with your stones and allow your intentions to manifest. There appear to be many different ways to place stones on this grid (made of 100% natural cotton) and of course, you can use different stones depending on what you'd like to achieve. The only things missing (according to the directions) is an activation wand (which I have in my collection already) and a piece of paper with your affirmation or intentions written on it. You will place the folded paper under the center stone (or repeat to yourself) while breathing deeply and using the wand to connect the energy of each stone.
Here is a set up with my new stones and crystals on my grid cloth. I'm not quite sure what I'm doing yet so no judgments if this isn't correct, but I'm excited to try this out!
The Verdict: This month's Frequency Box was amazing! I was so happy to get a crystal grid cloth since I don't already have one, and I also really love selenite, so getting a small tower was really exciting too! On top of that, I always enjoy new essential oils and the ones from Frequency have become my favorites. I love that they come with stones inside them. Not to mention, the smudging kit which is like getting a subscription box inside a subscription box (one of my great joys)! They really know how to pack value into a box and I'm always so impressed with how much I love everything for a box under $40.
To Wrap Up:
Can you still get this box if you sign up today? If you subscribe now, December's "Ancestry" box would be your first, but you can still get this box as a one time purchase for $39.99 (+ shipping) here.
