Why do I pay for a box of samples that I can just scarf up for free at a doctor’s office?

I love Beautyfix. I’m so glad I subscribed to it. I love Murad and am anxious to try this eye cream. I’ve only had one box I wasn’t happy with, but I know as a mystery box subscriber, I’m not going to like everything I get. It’s easy to swap or gift stuff that’s not right for me. Beautyfix has become one of my top two boxes. I love it.

I don’t think there needs to be full sizes EVERY month. It’s a $25 box and value is often well over $100. That’s a nice treat as often as they do them though. The samples are of high $$ products, it would be unrealistic to expect a full size every time if you want 8 other high end samples to go with it. I doubt they make any money on these boxes. I would actually prefer lots of variety in skincare since I do this to discover new products. The deal breaker for me is that the star products are eye shadow and hair clips and I’m mostly interested in skincare, so i skipped this month. Mostly the hair clips are the deal breaker. There’s usually one product in a box I don’t love but it’s usually the one of the smaller low value items, not the 2 highest value. The holiday kit was wonderful though. If any more pop up at Target definitely grab it!

All So small. I’m a huge beauty fix fan. It’s my only sub but this month is definitely meehhh.
I am thinking because they all other boxes have advent calenders out with 25 products. I canceled this month first time in years but lack of skincare and tiny samples made me feel like I could get a better box for my 25$.

I so agree with you! I love beauty fix because it’s targeted for skincare but this box I’m not too thrilled about cuz I’m not happy with the eye pencil and hair clips… Because of them every thing else is sample sizes and that sucks! I want full size skincare not the stupid pencil and clips! Sorry dermstore but this month is terrible! I may just send it back I rather use that 25 bucks for holiday shopping than on this skincareless box this month! Stick to at least 1 full sized skincare product and give sample sizes make up please cuz I know I won’t use it! And I don’t need hair clips either!

Cancelled Thursday while on website. With dollars stretched in December and all of the good deals right now I can buy something really nice with that $25.

This month may not be my absolute favorite but I’m still excited to try some new things from great brands! This is always my favorite “discovery” sub. I’ve canceled many of my other subs due to product overload but I won’t cancel this one.

I canceled on the 29th & with this latest spoiler I’m glad I did. The most interesting product to me is the clip set & after reading the reviews I wasn’t too excited about it.

Where’s the full size skincare?

I am a huge BeautyFix fan. I wish the NIA 24 cleanser were full size. That would be a really nice item.

Alex

Me too. I love NIA 24 products

I love anything from Nia24. Some of the Murad products have been great for me, too. They’re both crazy expensive, so I appreciate being able to try before I buy.

I think beauty fix’s marketing is actually backfiring on them. What would normally be a perfectly fine box seems totally disappointing when you release spoilers one by one. Clicking on a post just to look at an $8 sample tube of balm is a major disappointment. I would keep spoilers to hero item and the full box. Don’t draw it out like this.

Tara

Agreed!

I think they usually give us 8 items so I am still hoping there is a stellar product coming! If not, I am cancelling with the rest of you.

It’s probably too late.

Like all the other comments when BF was releasing their spoilers, I too was a tad disappointed that there was no full size beauty product, like a moisturizer or night cream. But then I think that all these other months there was amazing full size products like last months full size oil and then I’m okay with it getting what is listed above because I’ve already received so much more from BF then the $25 I spend each month. I’m thankful they give us what they do and compared to other beauty boxes this is a pretty awesome box. And it’s not that they’re bad products listed above, they’re just different then what we’re used to.

Looks more like a $10 subscription box right now not $25…

Meh. This is not exciting. I want to look my best with the holidays right around the corner. This seems like a sad attempt at an “I stayed out too late partying and drinking” box. Cancelled.

Golden Glow

is that everything or one more item? I might cancel too.

That Ren cleanser is really nice. I just got it in a gift with purchase.

Tamara

Oops that’s the balm not the cleanser. Haven’t tried that yet.

I would love to try a recovery cream if it wasn’t the size of a thumbnail. Come on dermstore!

Not excited at all about these spoilers… I just cancelled, and instead am getting the LookFantastic December box, it looks a lot better in my opinion, and it’s cheaper!
