Nope. Sorry. Ipsy is promising 5 items and a value of at least $120 for $25 w/ free shipping and they’ll send me a box every month as well as a bag once every 3 months. Plus I know ipsy won’t buy their products on the grey market where they might have been tampered with or who knows what.

Bottom line:
Ipsy –
$25
shipping $0
RV +$120
Makeup bag 3 times a year. Bonus!
Quality & safety A++
Known sources/brands

Tribe – $35
Shipping extra $
RV $100
No bags 🙁
Quality/safety/sources/brands questionable.
Dishonest owner exposed by threats from brands.

I know where my money will be spent!

An unhappy former Tribe subscriber

People need to be aware of the CEOs comments about the authenticity of prior products. Let the buyer beware!!!! Read the 80 plus comments on here about the June box and prior box fiasco before you buy. One MSA reader said this was a direct quote from the CEO (I included part of it:
The majority of the box, because Tribe has grown so big comes directly from brands with the exception of 1 or MAYBE 2.
I just want to ensure you and everyone that there is no way I would willingly put a fake product in the box.

WTF????
Never will I do business with this company again. Unethical business practices IMHO!!!

tbh it’s not great for your skin. With proper use of make-up remover, you put it on, let the oils do their work and then wash it off. With the makeup eraser, it certainly works but all unnecessary tugging will lead to skin damage and wrinkles in the long term.

Yeah..ugh..I didn’t like the makeup remover..it tugged on my skin and left it feeling really dry. I Love this palette, it looks so pretty! If anyone wants to swap it or sell , please let me know..I have too many subscriptions right now…I think my DH would throw me out if I buy any more..haha.

Yes, what she said! It’s amazing. You’ll love it. So gentle! I got free sample of the makeup eraser to try out because I didn’t believe it would work as well as advertised, but it does. The sample was just a scrap but large enough to test on hard to remove eye makeup. It is pretty great!

It works. It’s total voodoo, but it works.
