Stitch Fix started offering a styling service for plus sizes, and I couldn't be happier. I signed up on the very first day, of course!
Stitch Fix is a monthly clothing and styling subscription service. When you sign up you take a pretty in-depth survey about your sizes, your style, and pricing preferences. After choosing when youíd like to receive your delivery, your stylist handpicks 5 items based on your preferences. The fee for this service is $20, and that includes free shipping and free returns. And if you keep any of the items they send you, you get to deduct the $20 fee from the total. (If you keep all five items, you also get a 25% discount!)
My items are reflective of my style and price preferences, so your Stitch Fix may be completely different!
My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

Stitch Fix Plus Size Clothing September 2018 Review
This is the invoice that was included in my package. It lists out the items I received and the cost to keep each. I think a 25% discount for keeping everything is pretty generous!
This really fun sheet of cards was also included. It has a note from my stylist in the upper left corner. I really appreciate the personalization that goes into her selections! All the other cards are styling ideas for the items in my box, how clever!
Raya Laser Cut Peep Toe Booties by Report Footwear - Cost to Keep $65
These exact sandals have been my unicorn all summer, and I have yet to find the perfect pair. These, unfortunately, will not qualify as my unicorn because I have wide feet, and these are a medium. Stitch Fix does not send wide or narrow sizes. It's really too bad, too, because these are so super cute! I love the color, and the heel height is perfect also.
Geo Maxi Dress by Loveappella - Cost to Keep $74
I have been looking for a black maxi dress, and I think I have found the winner! I love this one! The straps in the back give it that little extra bit of style that makes it so special. This is a cotton spandex blend, and it's comfortable as well as cute. I also am surprised that the surplice bodice somehow manages to not expose too much. This dress is awesome!
Kaley Open Kimono by Emory Park - Cost to Keep $34
This sheer, synthetic blend kimono is so light and airy! I also love purple, so the print works for me. I'm not in love with it, though. It doesn't look great on me, and it doesn't feel super high quality. I might need to pass on this piece.
Auria Embroidered Dress by Market & Spruce - Cost to Keep $74
This dress is adorable! It's a cotton poplin, and I just love the print! The embroidery is really cute, too. I wish it had sleeves, but finding a cardigan to wear with this when the weather cools off is no problem. I think this dress will be an excellent transition piece into autumn. Plus, I like the dark colors, and it's a good length, too.
Maurey Cold Shoulder Top by Daniel Rainn - Cost to Keep $68
I feel like Stitch Fix sends me a white blouse every two months or so as if they are helping me find the ideal white blouse. I have to say, this one is pretty close to ideal! It's a crisp cotton, and it fits really well. I love all the embroidery and eyelet detail! I am becoming a little lukewarm on the cold shoulder trend, but this is definitely a unique take on it. It's so pretty!
The Verdict: I am a big fan of Stitch Fix! This month's box was a really great one, I especially love both dresses! I am enjoying my subscription to Stitch Fix so far, and I think their prices are among the most reasonable. I can't wait for my next Fix!
To Wrap Up:
Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Stitch Fix curates its boxes based on each individual’s preferences as well as what’s available. Value Breakdown: This box cost $20 with free shipping and returns. The total retail value of the items inside is $309. The cost of each item is listed alongside it above, but if I choose to keep at least 5 items, I get a 25% discount. The $20.00 cost of the box would also be applied to the purchase, meaning I would end up spending $211.75 for the whole box. Ultimately, that is a savings of about 31%.
