Stitch Fix started offering a styling service for plus sizes, and I couldn't be happier. I signed up on the very first day, of course!
Stitch Fix is a monthly clothing and styling subscription service. When you sign up you take a pretty in-depth survey about your sizes, your style, and pricing preferences. After choosing when youíd like to receive your delivery, your stylist handpicks 5 items based on your preferences. The fee for this service is $20, and that includes free shipping and free returns. And if you keep any of the items they send you, you get to deduct the $20 fee from the total. (If you keep all five items, you also get a 25% discount!)
My items are reflective of my style and price preferences, so your Stitch Fix may be completely different!
My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

Stitch Fix Plus Size Clothing August 2018 Review
This is the invoice that was included in my package. It lists out the items I received and the cost to keep each. I think a 25% discount for keeping everything is pretty generous!
This really fun sheet of cards was also included. It has a note from my stylist in the upper left corner. I really appreciate the personalization that goes into her selections! All the other cards are styling ideas for the items in my box. How clever!
Stitch Fix now has a subscription for kids! This little card was included in my package as a promotion of the new service.
Nancie Wrap Bracelet by Nakamol - Cost to Keep $48
What a cool bracelet! This is totally my style. I also love that it is long enough to wrap around my wrist several times, and it is flexible enough to decide how many times and where I would like it to sit on my wrist. It's very funky and cool!
Kaydence V-Neck Tunic by Fun2Fun - Cost to Keep $48
This poly blend top is cute and fun, and it fits pretty well too. You would think a funky print like this would be totally my style, but I don't love this color palette. I can't decide if it looks good on me or not! It also doesn't have any stretch, and I prefer my tops to not be too stiff.
Pearl Drawstring Linen Straight Leg Pants by Faith + Zoe - Cost to Keep $68
Is there anything more classic for summer than a good pair of white linen pants? These look and feel really cool and refreshing! I am not wild about how wrinkly linen gets, but I think I need these...
Arin Button Front Top by Papermoon - Cost to Keep $38
I really like this cotton knit top! I wasn't sure about it when I took it out of the package, but I think it might be my favorite item in the box! It's a really unique color of green, somewhere between forest and olive, and I think the cut is surprisingly flattering. Plus it is basic enough to wear with a lot of different things.
Elba Printed Modal Wide Leg Pants by Tart Collections - Cost to Keep $98
I love these cotton jersey lounge pants so much, but there is just no way I would spend that much on lounge pants! That's a lot! Plus, I would need to get them hemmed a little, so that adds to the expense. I love the way they feel, and the print is really cute for summer, too. Maybe when I win the lottery!
The Verdict: I am a big fan of Stitch Fix! This month's box was another great one! I love the green top, and the bracelet is really cool, too. I am enjoying my subscription to Stitch Fix so far, and I think their prices are among the most reasonable. I can't wait for my next Fix!
To Wrap Up:
Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Stitch Fix curates its boxes based on each individual’s preferences as well as what’s available. What you get might not be the same as what I got, but you also might get something that fits your style and body even better than the looks above! Sign up and see what they choose for you!
Value Breakdown: This box cost $20 with free shipping and returns. The total retail value of the items inside is $300. The cost of each item is listed alongside it above, but if I choose to keep at least 5 items, I get a 25% discount. The $20.00 cost of the box would also be applied to the purchase, meaning I would end up spending $205 for the whole box. Ultimately, that is a savings of about 32%. The average cost per piece in this box is $60.
