August 2018 “The Atlantic” Sprezzabox Review

This month’s style was light and bright – the perfect way to close out the summer.

Each box comes with an information card that gives you retail values and information about the items in the box.

It also arrives with a welcome offer for dress shirts.

An Ivy Necktie – Value $47

I have a wedding to attend this weekend, and I have to admit – I pulled this out and immediately knew that I’d be wearing it on Saturday!

It’s clean and classic – it feels like the perfect necktie to go with almost everything.

Tom Astin Tie Clip – Value $25

To go with your new tie, you’ll get a playful tie bar from Tom Astin.

It’s silver and in the shape of glasses – because, why not?

It’ll add a little bit extra if you think your tie is a bit too bland.

Original Penguin Socks – Value $12

Add a pop of color to your outfit with these Original Penguin calf-high socks.

The socks are a 70/27/2/1 Cotton/Polyester/Rubber/Spandex blend. They are really comfortable to wear and will be perfect for the Fall weather.

Design-wise, it’s a classic polka-dot – but it almost gives the look of snowfall, especially with the penguin involved.

Weekend Casual Lapel Pin – Value $15

The last wearable item in the box is a fleur-de-lys lapel pin from Weekend Casual.

It’s a basic lapel pin – but will pop nicely when you pair it with a silver tie bar.

SPREZZA Notebook – Value $5

This month includes a little on-the-go notebook from their in-house brand. The cover is pretty pliable, so you can squeeze this into your backpack or pocket if you’re the type to have a notebook on hand.

Classic Fountain Pen – Value $12

What’s a notebook without a pen? This also comes from their in-house brand.

It doesn’t have a lot of weight to it – which, right or wrong, I attribute some amount of quality to with pens. But, it’s still pretty darn cool!

It’s that classic fountain pen look – but does comes with a refillable cartridge.

Most importantly – it is super smooth. just in case you need to get those important reminders jotted down in a hurry.

Verdict: This was a great box this month! I’m a big fan of the tie, socks, tie bar, and even the pen – plus the value is great – there’s not much more for me to say after that!

  1. I also receive a darker green gray stripes (I prefer the gray one) and bracelets rather than the stick pin.

Not sure, if this has happen before with boxes

  2. DHs box is a bit different. His te has darker green gray stripes (I actually like it better than this one) and bracelets rather than the stick pin.

I stole the fountain pen which is awesome.

I really love this box. He is building up a nice little accessory stash for a reasonable cost.

  3. I must be a super freak….I totally saw the tie clip as handcuffs instead of eye glasses. My mind needs to leave the gutter.
