With this subscription, you can choose to get 1 or more pairs each month. I like the surprise of getting just a single pair, personally, but if you're a sock superfan you can always get more!
Fine Apple socks from bokkie – Retail Value $13
A festive pair for summer! At first glance, these weren't my favorite pair ever from bokkie. They just don't seem that adventurous or unique, at least from the top...
... but the bright pink soles with "FINE APPLE" written across the bottoms definitely help change that. I've definitely been getting a lot of "secret message" socks lately in this subscription, and I do love the goofy puns and wordplay.
I seem to really only get bokkie socks from this subscription– it's been months since I've gotten a different brand. Luckily I'm a fan of both the designs and the fabrication. They're super comfortable and seem to have a lot of stretch, and they hold up well in the wash, too.
I honestly haven't seen this brand outside of this subscription, which has me wondering if anyone has ever seen them in stores?
Not all subscribers receive the same pair of socks each month, so Say It With A Sock doesn't usually include any type of description of the actual socks you're receiving. These simple postcards usually change up every month with a new design or pun related to the season. 🙂
They have a decent referral program, too: for any friends you refer, you get a free bonus pair in your next box! Pretty soon you'll all be rocking some bright new designs on your ankles.
Verdict: Say It With A Sock is definitely my favorite "fun" sock subscription. If you're looking for a simple lighthearted gift (especially for someone who loves puns!) then I can't recommend them enough!
Value-wise, this subscription is on par with other similar sock subscriptions. While you may be able to find some of these socks occasionally in stores, it would end up being more expensive in most cases to buy online and pay for shipping (or to ship socks monthly as a gift to a friend).
