If you select it in your account. The default is a surprise.

Yay! I’m excited. I wonder what the “artisan box options” are – assuming for colors?

Artisan box options = choosing which box you will receive. The default is “surprise” where they will send you one of several boxes – this month’s new one or an older one that you have not received before. If you want this new box, you have to log into your account and choose this one (or you can choose another one – but if you don’t log in and choose one, they choose what to send to you).
