Good to Know: My experience with EBY customer service has been good, but some comments on past reviews have indicated other issues. I’ve also learned from reading review comments that these panties might not be for all body types – but for me, they work well.

Other than the panties, the only thing included in the box is a foldout card explaining their mission, the brand, and a few other tidbits of information. This card is the same month to month – so this is the 6th time I’ve received it. For a company so eco-focused they don’t send a packing slip – I find it strange that they can’t take the time to update the insert, and include a new story, profile, or something different to read.

EBY doesn’t use elastic or seams, instead, they use a special fabric that smoothly shapes your EBY undies to your body, and eliminates all traces of panty lines.

These undies are made in Sri Lanka out of 85% polyamide and 15% Elastane and have 100% cotton lining, which is a must for me!
EBY recommends hand washing in cold water, air drying flat to dry to preserve the integrity of the panty. I’m totally ignoring the care instructions – and washing with my other undergarments on a normal cycle, with warm water, in a washing machine. I am also tossing them in the dryer on normal, and they’re holding up just fine.
I like the nude color, especially for summer/sundress season! Excuse the wrinkles in the photos, the care directions instruct not to iron the fabric, so I didn’t want to cause them any damage!
Verdict: Although I like these panties, and the way they fit, this subscription is boring. I don’t feel like they have a good selection of items, and I receive almost the same exact pair of undies every month. It’s always just a basic, solid color pair in a pretty standard color choice.
On me, these panties do stay in place and do not show a line. I don’t have bunching, rolling, or slipping issues.
For value, you’re paying $16 for a single pair of undies that are very similar to the no-show/seamless line from Victoria’s Secret (running 5 for $28.50 or $5.70 each).
To end on a positive note - I do like the practical convenience of having new undies delivered to my door monthly, the quality of the product, and the fact that a portion of that money is going to help other women achieve their goals.

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Since you will likely have different profile answers, you may not get the exact pair. However, I’ve not seen much variety – and question how many colors they really have produced in each cut – so there’s a decent chance you’ll get them in your box! You should receive your box about a week after you sign up.
