Walmart Beauty Favorites Glow For It Box Review

On the back of the box came details on the products included.

FOUND Brightening Coconut Sheet Mask – Retail Value $2.50

I liked this sheet mask. It didn’t smell like coconut (it didn’t smell like anything, really), and it fits really well and reached to my hairline and jawline. After taking the mask off it took a bit for the serum to really absorb into my skin, and my skin felt a little tacky.

Covergirl VITALIST Healthy Glow Highlighter,

Covergirl VITALIST Healthy Glow Highlighter, Full-Size! – Retail Value $8.94

This is a creme highlighter, which is something that makes me run in the other direction thanks to my oily skin. This shade is a really bronze-y shimmer, and it would work really well for making you look like you spent a day in the sun. The color starts off sheer and builds up, however, the small jar made it hard to get the product out.

Milani Make It Dewy 3 in 1 Setting Spray, 1.18 oz

Milani Make It Dewy 3 in 1 Setting Spray, 1.18 oz – Estimated Value $5.21 (buy the full-size version for $8.97)

This was a refreshing setting spray. I don’t usually go for the dewy look for my skin, however, this was hydrating and I would totally use it on a no-makeup day for a refreshing spritz.

Wet N Wild MegaGlo Highlighting Powder in Precious Petals

Wet N Wild MegaGlo Highlighting Powder in Precious Petals, Full-Size! – Retail Value $4.68

Low-key, I am more likely to reach for this Wet N Wild highlighter than I am my Becca highlighter. The Becca has more color payoff with one swipe, which for me actually makes it difficult to go for a subtle look. If you do multiple swipes of the Wet N Wild, you can get the same simmer at a fraction of the cost.

Hard Candy Just Glow! Rose Gold Highlighter, Full-size! – Estimated Value $9.99?

This highlighter is only available in stores, and I could not find it online anywhere. The value is an estimate, but overall I liked the rose-tinged gold sparkle this highlighter provides. Like the others, this starts out sheer and builds up, so you can control just how much you want to glow.

Here are the swatches. The Hard Candy is at the top, the Covergirl is the middle, and the Wet N Wild is the bottom. All of these swatches were multiple swipes in order to really show the potential color.

The Verdict: This was a fun kit for trying out various drugstore highlighters. Sometimes you need to be a baller on a budget, and I think this kit shows a good array of products. I enjoyed that all three highlighters were full-sized, too! Value-wise, Walmart promised a value of over $24, and I calculated a value of $31.32. That works for me!

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Yes, as of publication, this box is still available!

Value Breakdown: This box cost $15.87 ($9.88 for the box + $5.99 shipping) and is worth $31.32, which means that you are paying approximately the following per item:

  • Found Sheet Mask: $1.26

  • Covergirl: $4.52

  • Milani: $2.65

  • Wet N Wild: $2.37

  • Hard Candy: $5.06

As a side note, I recommend trying out multiple favorite boxes at once to get free shipping!

  1. Just letting everyone know, I saw this box and a few others IN STORE so if you can go to a Wal-Mart, I suggest saving your shipping money!

  2. I ordered 3 — this one, along with the ones for eyes and lips, and I added another item to get free shipping. I’m really pleased with all 3 boxes. Good assortment of items and the value is there provided you don’t pay shipping. I’d been want to try 2 of the 3 highlighters anyway, so it was worth it for me.

  3. Great review! I heard these have been found in stores as well! Would be worth it to go to store and purchase. With shipping cost..I’d probably pass because it’s not worth the 5.99 shipping IMO

    • I bought 3 of these boxes (not the glow one) – my store had them all in stock. No shipping! Great deal, if you can find them in your store. I wasn’t going to pay for shipping.

  4. Too much money for too little.

  5. These boxes with shipping cost more than Allure & Look Fantastic monthly boxes. That need to take a page or the whole book from Target to learn.
